Really terrific customer service and excellent workmanship. Very prompt. No hidden fees or surprises. They do what they say they are going to do and they back up their work. Also, great on answering questions and following up. I dealt with three people through the course of my inquiry until completion of the job and each person was skilled in their part of the business and very professional. The only part I did not like was the work I had to do after the job was completed. All of the tile was covered with a white film from the sealing product that had to be rubbed off. The rubbing required a decent amount of pressure to remove the residue and I sure din't enjoy that job. However, the grout in my shower now looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The Service was Excellent and prompt. We have a brand new main shower. We also had 7 tiles in our breakfast nook re-bonded and the new grout was surprisingly similar to the existing color. We have no complaints and would recommend The GroutSmith to anyone neediing professional workmanship.
