We were provided a detailed schedule for the various phases of the project. The schedule was interrupted due to a significant tropical storm that hit Fl right after we started the demo portion of the pool resurfacing. Each phase involved a different, specialized team, all of which were exceptionally professional.
The finished product was absolutely outstanding, exceeding our expectations! We've moved around a lot, and have had 5 pools over the years; 3 new pools, and 2 resurfacing/deck projects. By far, the work done by Sparkling Kleen Pools was the best. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the Sarasota area.

After some problems with the office everthing went well. The people they sent out were very prof.
The last man was the best. He made sure we were happy and the pool done rite and leak free.

"First of all, the work for this customer was done in May 2011, not September 2011. Our company was hired to drain and clean a pool that had stood untouched for a long time. The pool was full of algae, half empty, and with a deteriorated marcite finish. Sparkling Kleen advised the customer that we can clean the pool but that the marcite was at the end of its life and that it needed a new plaster finish. The customer did not have the funds and asked us to just clean the pool. We acid washed the pool two days later as promised and refilled the pool and balanced the chemistry. We got paid $450 for the job. The customer had no complaints at that point. Two days later we got a call that the pool was leaking, and the customer asked if we could come to find the leak. We were not able to accommodate their request immediately as all our technicians were busy that day. The customer was leaving town the next day, and had to find another company to find the leak. We do not know what the other company found, as no one followed up with us to give us a report. We did perform our contractual obligations, and we were paid for the contracted job. We warned the customer from the beginning that due to the condition of the pool, leaks may occur. In fact, we notified them that it was entirely probable that the pool was already leaking - it was only half full when we first saw it. Regarding the light – because the job was done so long ago, we do not have a clear memory of the light issue. We never did install a new light for this customer and they were never charged for a new light. It is possible that there was a miscommunication between our technicians, but ultimately it would appear that the light was in working order, so no harm was done."
