We had an excellent experience with Point Services AC After finding a major leak in our older, existing ac system, we had the entire system replaced by Point Services and are very pleased. Duston had great communication, the prices were very fair and better than most of the competition, they had the job done in one day , and our new AC system works great and our home is nice and cool ! I called Dustin at point services because my ac wouldnt turn on. He came out within the hour and diagnosed it was a bad handler fan. He also let me know that my filter drier had a slight leak and my unit was low on refrigerant. My previous ac company came out every year to add refrigerant but couldnt ever find a leak.He replaced everything the same day. He was professional, courteous and very informative. He didnt mind me watching him replace the drier and fan motor and ask questions while he did it. He also cleaned my coils while the unit was opened up and rewired my thermostat correctly. The price was more than fair. Top notch, glad I found this company.
