I live out of state and it was very important I got a thorough home inspection. I contracted with Art at CASA Home Inspection because he impressed me with his level of professionalism. Art really did a thorough and high quality Home Inspection with excellent reporting and supporting photographs. He even went beyond to check on some items not normally covered. Art went over the inspection with me in detail and offered maintenance advice etc. Art was not the cheapest but he was worth everything I paid him. I would highly recommend Art for a thorough and top quality home inspection.

He went over the final report with me, so I had a good grasp of the things I wanted the seller to address. When we spoke on the phone this inspector stated it would take 3-4 hours. He did not explain that the report would be part of the 3-4 hours. We thought the inspection of the house would take that long and we planned accordingly. The actual inspection took 1.5 hours to inspect the house then the rest of the time was paperwork. He did a thorough job. We as the customers thought it would take longer. But would recommend his service to others

He was reliable, on time, friendly and took enough time to execute the job properly. Gave me an extensive report and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I contacted him at the last minute and he was very helpful in getting approved by the builder. He was able to show me where I needed to focus on and made those notations on the report. The report was sent to me on the same day. Would have liked the report a little more clean, but it seems it is the software he uses. Overall, great inspector and will do business with him again should I need him.

This is an outstanding contractor. Art is very attentive with every detail of the project - taking his time to explain and educate his homeowners to the work that will be done. He is extremely knowledgeable in the trades and again, ensures that the homeowner understands the plan and is comfortable moving forward. He is patient and spends a lot of time with his homeowners. Art always goes the extra yard and is extremely thorough. The customer service and quality far exceed the cost paid. I have already recommend and will state that anyone going in a different direction will be making a mistake.
