Every time for 3 years the Tech . would tell me I needed the same new part because it was bad & my air cond. was going to stop running.. The same story twice a year... I told him when it breaks I will call you...I then realized it was a scam he was told to find something wrong & also he kept telling me he wanted me to give him my dog. I fired them & my Air cond. is still running without replacing that part 4 years later... so just beware of that scam.

They were excellent. We were pleased with the price as well. I decided to go with them because the price was good and the technician was very knowledgeable in what unit to use and because the fact that I got them from Angie’s List and they had a lot of good reviews. They were on time. They were very professional. They did the work and the clean up was terrific. I was real pleased with that. It just went very quickly. They got in and got out. It was not like they would tell you to be here tomorrow and do not show up for three days. When we did have a problem, they did come out to analyze it right away. We had them do some other work as well because we needed an extra duct. So, they did the duct work and they did a good job too.

They were very good. It is an all in one unit. The price was reasonable. They were just fine. They had come here before. Their professionalism and service were good. They were very dependable. I had no problems at all.

I called for an appointment and they were courteous and professional on the phone. The service man arrived promptly as scheduled and explained what he was going to do. I asked about duct cleaning but he told me I didn't need it yet. He told me what to look for to determine whether or not I need it. He was efficient and honest and I will definitely use them again. In fact, I have an appointment with them this Saturday for my annual tune-up.

We have been using Total Comfort for atleast 6 years to do the bi-annual maintenance on our A/C unit. They do an excellent job and the price is reasonable. They always call to schedule the appointment, so I don't have to remember to call them. The technicians always show up on time. They always spend atleast an hour performing the tune-up, so I know they are doing the complete job. Their staff is always very polite and friendly. The price has never gone up in all the time I've used them. I truly believe their maintenance of has extended the life of our unit, as it is now over 10 years old and still running strong. Big plus, when you sign up for the annual contract, you get preffered status on any service calls. This means if you're A/C breaks, you're a priority call and you get a nice discount on the work as well!

The service personnel were professional and generous with their time explaining things to me.

We had used Total Comfort for Heating/Air with no issues but were stood up twice with plumbing. Don't expect a phone call from the office or plumber if they are running late or just not show. They ran over 2 hours late the first attempt and were very blasé about the whole thing when I called. The next day the plumber was 3.5 hours late from a 10:30 appointment. To top it all off, after diagnosing the problems with the faucets, he REVERSED the hot and cold water on our kitchen sink when he put things back. Called the answering service and the office scheduler called back on Monday, and again they were very blasé about the error not even apologetic. The plumber was supposed to reverse the problem the next day but HE NEVER SHOWED UP. Doesn't the office follow up with their service calls??? We've had enough and will go elsewhere when out new faucets arrive.

I've used them on my own home as well as rental homes for A/C service. They are excellent. They are not always the cheapest, but the service has been very good and I will be sticking with them.

I called them to repair the water heater which would be close to $875 of repair on the water heater and everything. The next morning I called them up before they were supposed to be here to cancel, let them know I wanted to fix the pipe in the wall myself and then see if the water heater was, in essence, still leaking. It wound up being that the water heater wasn't leaking and the problem went away after fixing the pinhole leak in the wall. I said if my water heater was still an issue I would follow up w them and reschedule. The plumber I spoke to seemed to have a problem with the fact that my water heater wasn't leaking but was 8yrs old and said I should just change it anyway. He was very rude and condescending. The initial phone call was very pleasant and they were trying to be helpful. The plumber they sent me to was the real issue.

They were prompt to make a service call for 89.00 to determine that the blower motor had to be replaced. Cost of installing same on June 25 was $191.00

Well, first of all, I called them at 9am; they arrived as promised before 2pm. They provided quick, professional, and expert services. The price was a little high, but what do you expect for expert services and products. I would recommend to another and would use again. Scott

Service was good although the service tech arrived an hour later than scheduled. Not his fault. The office had scheduled him to drive from one end of the county to another. Very courteous, professional. Have used before and will continue to do so.

The staff are always friendly, courteous, and quick. We just fired Cun....ham after being customers for over 15 years, and are signing with Total Comfort because they have treated us well on each occasion we visited.

Appointment time was confirmed twice but office scheduler still fouled it up regardless of confirmations. An electrical inspection was scheduled for the same day and time (9-11am) with the same company but he didn't arrive till 3:00pm due to scheduling foul -up. Service performed was very good.

I have an older home with an older toilet. I needed to have the wax ring replaced and the toilet reset. The plumber arrived as scheduled and performed the work well, even leaving the toilet in one piece as her removed it to avoid any potential problems due to the age of the toilet ( it is a very different color that matches the tile, otherwise we would replace it.) He grouted the base to tile as opposed to caulk, and cleaned up behind himself. I felt the cost was a bit higher than an independent plumber might be, but was still a reasonable price for the work done.

I called these folks on Friday afternoon. First of all, when I called a real person answered the phone immediately. I like that. They scheduled the appointment for Monday morning at 9a.m. Dan, their electrician showed up exactly when he was supposed to. A nice, pleasant guy who really knows his stuff. I had multiple electrical issues that needed to be dealt with on this property that I just purchased a couple of months ago. Dan went from issue to issue and corrected them all. I have nothing bad to say about this experience and I've had AWFUL experiences with many contractors in the past. They did the work correctly, in a timely fashion, (five hours from start to finish), at a fair price. Definitely will use these folks again.
