Roberson Roofing was exceptional from beginning to end! Rick Roberson came out promptly to measure for an estimate. I had a detailed estimate emailed to me in two days. The roofers were punctual and diligent. They began tearing off my old roof at 7:30 am, by the time I got home from work I had a beautiful new roof and no evidence that they had been there, no debris anywhere!

Roberson people were polite and prompt. The whole experience from initial telephone call, estimate and job completion. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We noticed evidence of roof leak on ceiling of bedroom and called roofer on 6/2/2016. Estimator arrived the next day, inspected roof. Estimate was provided by e-mail on 6/3/2016. Original appointment was made for 1 to 2 weeks later. They called on morning of 6/6/2016 and asked if they could come then. WE were happy because a tropical storm was due that afternoon. They completed the repairs by noon before the storm arrived. No leaks.

Roberson was a great company to work with from the very beginning. The office staff and the roofers are phenomenal. They gave us an accurate estimate, timeline and stuck to their commitments. Everyone we worked with was very professional, polite and the whole team worked very hard while they were here. We have a very steep roof pitch that took an experienced roofing crew. I would highly recommend the company to any family or friends looking to have a roof repaired or replaced.

They tore off old roof on both buildings, main house and garage and workshop. All old materials were removed in two containers and our property was well protected with tarps. The crews were as quiet as they could be considering the job they were doing. The first part of the job, i.e. removal of the old roofing material was done by 1 pm that same day. They found a couple of areas on both roofs where the plywood needed to be replaced and this was done. By the time they left on the first day there was no sign of any debris left behind. On the second day they once again arrived promptly at 0730 in the morning with the load of shingles. The shingles were loaded onto the roof by a conveyor truck. Once this was done the crew set to work to put on the new shingles and once again finished early - this time by 1130. The clean up was done quickly and thoroughly. All old nails were removed with a rolling magnet and any and all materials that had fallen off the roof during the work was cleaned up. I can honestly recommend this company. Their speed and efficiency as well as their professionalism was excellent.

I discovered this company by seeing some of their workers doing work at a neighbor's home. One of the guys came over, talked about our issue for a few minutes, and after a quick and easy call we had a representative out to give us an estimate the next day. The quality of the work appears excellent. The customer service was very timely and professional. My wife and I are very busy people and we took a long time to get the estimate signed and back to the company. They sent repairmen over much sooner than we anticipated. They let us know when they arrived and were very receptive to discussion about the process and our concerns. Last but certainly not least, they completed the job within the estimated price. A little bit of paint and we're like new again. Kudos to Roberson Roofing, they will be our first call if we need roof repairs in the future!

My painters pointed out to me that much of the damaged soffit and overhang was due to roof leaks. Rick Roberson was called, came out immediately and inspected the entire roof, provided me an estimate of cost and schedule the next day, and did the work in one day just exactly as scheduled. He did only what was needed and did it well. I won't mess around the next time -- I'll call Roberson Roofing.

Call Monday 11/23/15 came out for estimate 11/24/15 repair done 11/25/15. This was holiday day week. Very pleased

Got here even before anticipated and went right to work -- finished with no problem and cleaned up Invoice was even better than estimate..

Repair person spent time to locate the leaks and fix them. Explained the cause of the problem (leaves accumulating and causing the nails fastening the tiles to rust resulting in the small leaks.

They did very well. It took them one day to do the work. It's a warrantied roof but I'm not sure for how long.

Great! I couldn't be more pleased. I used Roberson 24 years ago for a new roof when I bought the house. That roof lasted longer than the expected 20 years. My new roof looks great!!!

Roberson Roofing Inc did work for me years ago. I like them. They are great guys. I haven't used them lately. I think they did it in one day. I have no recommendations for them to improve their service, they did a great job. I was pleased with the price.

Bid estimate was competitive with two other bids. Their bid was very detailed /professional. Work began and ended as stated. Job site was kept clean and workers polite. Job was finished on time and did not have to return following completion. Absolutely no complaints and would hire again.

As i recall no issues. We had used Roberson before after a storm back in the 80"s. They have been timely, cost effective and satisfied with quality of work.

From quote to completion this job was done professionally and we are completely satisfied. We started by taking 7 different quotes from local roofing companies. Roberson's bid was the most complete and included information regarding insurance discounts and typical questions. The quote was mid tier in pricing and top notch in detail. Unlike all others they asked for a small down payment and offered a tight window for anticipated work. Add their 30 year history and they won the bid. They showed up as scheduled with a massive, professional crew. On day one our roof was stripped and prepped. On day two the job was complete with no trace of construction. Just a beautiful new roof. In the end the final price matched the quote, the work was done professionally and all employees were polite and hard working. In an era filled with bad service, this company absolutely shined. Great job Roberson.
