 + -1 moreHad been looking for a pub top table and chairs. They had several that were different than the standard square table. Jonathan was very helpful and did not pressure me to make a purchase. I spent quite some time sitting in the chairs and getting the feel of them. I picked out an oblong table with a leaf so can be made into a round table. Since I had already been shopping for this item I felt the price was fair. Since they only had two chairs in the warehouse four new chairs were ordered for me. It did take a couple of weeks for them to come in but Jonathan kept me informed and when they did he scheduled delivery. Delivery was made exactly at the time promised and the delivery personnel were professional and friendly. My only complaint with this company at this time is that they advertise home delivery and set up free. This is also stated on the back of their business cards. But this is not true. You must make a certain dollar amount purchase to receive the free delivery. This is false advertising and/or bait and switch.
Description of Work: Purchased a dining table and chairs.

 + -1 moreThey are cheaters and scam artist, the entire time the saleswomen was telling us they have the best rating in Florida, so that night and went online and saw they have a rating of a C- on the BBB. Don't trust them. I cancelled my order due to the research I found online and scam they tried to pull on us in the store (Over charge of $200)
Description of Work: My wife and I bought a bedroom set for $2000 and we bought it from salesperson Amanda, we had the worst experience you could have, First the sales people pressured us for the most expensive set they had, second they lied to us about there warranty, third of us they over charge us by $200. Don't shop there.

 + -1 moreCalled the warranty company t fix the couch... Two months later a young guy came out and had no clue how to work on furniture, I used to be an upholsterer in high school. He ended up fixing the armrest with cut up paint stirers in place of the cardboard. Needless to say as soon as I sat in it they snapped. Called the store and Hudsons said I was not carefull enough. Mind you I am only 150lbs and take very good care of my stuff.
Description of Work: Bought a custom couch from Hudsons because it was manufactured in the USA. It is less than a year old and is falling apart, it does not get that much use and we do not have any kids. We bougt the warranty which is not cheap either. The arms on the love seat caved in, turns out the aremade of cardboard.

 + -1 moreOne year later, the bottom was falling out. They came out an fixed it. One year later, the bottom is falling out again. Hudson's refuses to fix it. I lose $1200.00. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO HUDSON'S FURNITURE.
Description of Work: I bought several pieces of furniture from Hudson's when I moved to Ormond Beach. One of them was a recliner. I purchased the most expensive recliner they had. The bottom fell out twice and now they refuse to cover it.
