No work was performed.

Salesman showed up on time and explained several options. Gave estimate and timeline. Workers missed one appointment, but called to explain and to reset time for work to be done. Work was done professionally and quickly with no messleft behind.

It turned out really well.  They are friendly and clean.  They made sure that we knew how to operate the windows before they left.  They did it quickly.  It was all done in 1 day.  If they damage something when they pull up the old ones then they will fix that where they have damaged it.  My sister in Illinois has an appointment with them today.  They are a nationwide company.  I recommend them highly.

Beat our expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the windows & the workers themselves. They worked around my 100 lb. dog which can be a handfull at times. They went room to room and they had a pleasant disposition. I expect an energy savings over the summer AC season and will be watching my FPL bill. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot for your business.

They put them in on Friday. The work went beautifully. They were here at 9.30 and they left at 12.30 and they had put in all the windows. Their price was about half of what a couple of home improvement stores put their bid in for. The windows that I got are excellent. I don't see any difference between them and what the other companies were trying to sell me. I felt like they might be probably better. Other than the number of recommendations on Angie's List, I did go and visit them in their office. They were super nice and showed me everything and answered all my questions. They seemed like a viable happy group of people. The salesman was not pushy. He had everything I wanted to see with him. He showed it to me and answered all my questions. The other half of a windows project is the installation. If you get a good window with bad installation, you are still cold and drafty. The installation job went really well. It was quick and efficient. The windows came in about a week earlier than they said they would. They said 4 to 5 weeks and they came in really at the very end of the 3rd week. I was happy with that too. They weren't quite the cheapest, but for quality windows they were the lowest price. So far the windows have held up. I looked at the windows before I bought them. They just seemed excellent. I thought I made no compromise on quality. I had a question about my installation and called them. They had the actual guy doing the installation call me back and answer all my questions. Their responsiveness was very good. The salesman showed up on time for his views. The installers showed up exactly to the minute on time for the install. They did what they said they were going to do, they did it correctly, and they did it for a reasonable price. That is professionalism in my book.

I needed a single pane replaced. They offer to replace a double pane window for 189.00. What the advertisment does not mention is that this is a minimum of four windows.

Met the salesperson, he took all his time to explain every detail of the windows since I had many questions. I also visited the store and the lady there who is not really a salesperson took the time to explain the windows. The installers arrived on time and worked all day leaving everything clean. I'm very pleased. I knew my windows don't cost $189 anywhere so the ad was irrelevant to me. I agree that it could be misleading.

My $1000 worth of windows ended up being $2200. They wanted $395 to take the old windows out. They wanted $175 to get a building permit, and that's outrageous. I said I didn't want anything to do with people like that.

They are very pleased with the job, thought the pricing was reasonable and the installers very professional. They did a beautiful job. The only drawback was that it took several weeks to get the windows in to be installed.

We have been very happy with them so far. They were not pushy about trying to make us buy the windows. They just showed us the window options and let us decide what was best for us. Our neighbor used them before and was very happy with them as well.

Honestly I'm not sure how this company has such a positive rating on Angies List. Their advertising borders on fraudulent and their sales people operate with huge amounts of pressure. Even here on the list as a coupon you will find $189 "any window installed". It turned out I needed 12 windows. $5396 was my bid. That works out to $450 per window -- way off their advertised $189 price. Of course I expected there to be some extra fees -- permitting and disposal; but, extra fees that work out to $260 per window? Which is even more than the "any size" window they promote. I noticed that Brian was the owner and when the salesman delivered the estimate to me I told him I wanted to wait and talk to Brian about the price. The salesman asked "Whose Brian?". What!!! You are sending people out to do work for your company who don't even know who the owner of the company is? No thanks. They may in fact have the best prices around -- but, what I can promise you they don't have are windows installed for $189. Don't be fooled.

Price was best of 3 estimates received. Install occurred when promised. Windows look great. Install was great. Two very professional individuals showed up at 9:00 and were finished by 2:30; however, one of the window sashes had been broken in transit from factory so a replacement had to be ordered. The replacement came in within 2 weeks as promised, but we were told we would have to take another day off work to be home when they came to replace. The best they could do for time was morning, or afternoon. The other option was that they would drop window off and I could replace; so I had to take that option. When they dropped off window, my daughter was at home with a sick granddaughter, but they didn't even ring doorbell even though there were two cars in driveway. I did the replacement, and I was finally able to get the sash in; I think. When they demo how to remove and replace a sash, do it yourself so the installers can show you what you are doing wrong; it's not as easy as they make it look. The other problem was that the county inspection couldn't be done with the broken sash in, so we had to take another day off for the inspection after the sash was replaced. Overall, I was satisfied with Window World, but their responsiveness went down after they had my final payment. The broken sash was their doing, but it cost us time and money to get the problem rectified and they didn't offer to compensate us for our inconvenience or be flexible to fix the problem they caused.

Brian came to our home and showed us how the windows worked, gave us an estimate, and told us to get back to him when we were ready. He was not pushy at all. They did all the windows in one day. Their workers were incredibly polite and considerate. And the price was very reasonable. There is also a great guarantee for all the windows. I highly recommend them.

The service was excellent. The installers did an outstanding job. They were prompt. I was disappointed in their salesman because he did not know the code and it caused inspection problems. Otherwise, the inspection went great.

Incredible customer service. Very prompt with follow-up details after the job. Price was by far the lowest quote and the windows seem to be very high quality.

One window didn't get caulked; both Dennis and I missed it; my wife caught it during her walk-thru later; I called the next morning; Dennis was at the house within a half-hour of the call; job done; everything looks good so far; I have to clean the windows of the dirt from the factory but I expected to do that; it's your call if you expect otherwise.

We were expecting a call the day before installation, but did not get one. They said they never make them. The installers (who are independent contractors) were respectful of the property. However, there were some problems. Saturday after the install I did a very thorough inspection and made a very long list of items to fix. During the install I called the company to speak with Brian about my concerns. He was not available so I left a message. I called again about one hour later as I had not heard from him. He never called. When I called him (again) a few days later I told him of my concerns - The new windows protruded so far into the house that I could not re-use our vertical shades. I told Brian that we had NEVER been told about that and that it would have been appropriate and professional if we had. I also told him that I NEVER got a call back from him on install day. He said that he wanted us to be happy with the windows, etc. but he would not offer to do anything in this regard.

We got 3 estimates and Window World had the best price. Everyone was professional, courteous, and on time. The sales rep walked the house making notes, sat with us to discuss options, and wrote up a detailed estimate on-the-spot. Included automatically was the pulling of permits (unlike another company that said they would do it if we insisted). They said it would be about 2 weeks to get the product and they would call to schedule the installation. This happened as promised. The installation crew arrived on time, 9:00 am, and were completely finished and everything cleaned up by 4:30 pm. They were fantastic. The windows look great and the finishing (caulk, etc.) was flawless. Our home is 2 stories and we had one window in the garage that the installers had to install entirely from within the garage (due to a shed on the outside).

Had a very satsifying experience. Both my husband and I work long hours. We do not have time to get three or four quotes, I used Angie's list and found Window World and saw all the happy stories and the high marks and decided to to do business with them and I am very glad I did. The windows are beautiful. I had been quoted a few years ago for just one window what I paid for all 5 windows. They had one guy come out to put the windows in he was here for about 5-1/2 hours did the work very quickly, did not waste a lot of time, just got time job done. Was very impressed.
