The absolute worst service I have received from a landscaping company. I met with Mr. Weeks and described in detail what I was looking for. I even mentioned particular areas (several large pots in the pool area to be maintained meticulously) and functions that were a must. We agreed on price and they came to start the job. The day they arrived his surly assistant began weeding constantly complaining abut his work and his boss--Mr. Weeks. He related that this kind work was beneath him and that Mr. week was and old, grouchy man who doesn't listen and treats him poorly. That should have been a huge red flag in retrospect. The assistance then proceed to mutilate the plants/shrubs in the pots by the pool. when I walk back out to check on his progress I was floored I could believe what he had done. I called Mr. Weeks he said he would check into it. The assistant finished the other trimming and wedding and left. I never heard from Weeks. We had agreed that he would do a big job the first time then take up a regular maintenance every 2 weeks. A month passes when I found a green voucher--his calling card that he had been to my home for service. I was surprised and immediately went outside to inspect the work. To my surprise nothing had been done--no trimming--no weeding--no cutting NOTHING. The pool pots were so over grown I had to go and trim and weed myself. I called Mr. Weeks and asked him why he had left a card--because it was obvious that nothing had been done--he said they did stop by and trimmed the front shrubs only--I reminded him that I specifically wanted the pots maintained every other week--he said he forgot and would come by and fix it. I gave him another chance and everything seemed be be OK when I arrived home a week later and found another green voucher in my mailbox. This time he left me a passive aggressive note saying that another lawn service was there and began lecturing me on common courtesy of calling him to let him know he was fired. I was confused-and then got mad. After investigating, it seemed my old service had made a mistake and stopped by to do my yard. I called Mr. weeks and explained to him that had he acted more professionally and called to inquire why there was another service there he would have learned it was a mistake and not to worry. I assure him I AM the kind of person who would call and stop service and that because of unprofessional behavior and his lack of service that he was NOW fired! Bottom line run from Weeks landscaping. They don't listen, that aren't good at landscaping, they are unprofessional and dealing with Mr. Weeks is a nightmare
Description of Work: Weed, trim and manicure my lawn and pool area which required detailed maintenance of several big pots around the pool area that have to weeded and trimmed and manicured regularly.

Great! No problem what so ever. In fact, the grounds looked better than the day we bought the property.
Description of Work: On about an acre of my property, they trimmed over-grown hedges, mowed, edged, hauled away cuttings, etc. The property had not been adequately cared for for years.
