Exceptionally well. Very courterous and helpful in getting permit and everything ready to work. Then did have to wait 4-5 weeks before they could start. That was a bit long, but given the hurricaine Irma everyone is waiting. Once they started - they finished the entire thing in 3 days. They did a great job of clean-up afterwards. I had very bad experience with previous contractor and his leaks caused so much damage inside. Having Tip Top be so professional was a breath of fresh air! And the guys doing the work, some said they have worked for tip-top for 10 years. That is a long time. Big thanks for the tip-top job!
Description of Work: Repair roof work done by a previous contractor - that leaked all over!

Description of Work: He inspected the roof inside and out and suggested that my leak problem is coming from the Air conditioner trunk paths. So no work was done, but I will definitely call them next time my 15 year old roof needs help.

The regular roofing was done great and they cleaned up after themselves and they were very professional. Their prices were reasonable and they knew what they were doing. They totally met my expectations. On the flat roof they sent out a different crew. I was not happy at all. It was a very sloppy job. I contacted them about it and the response to my criticism was that no one could see it because its a flat roof. I finally got a response and they ended up redoing the roof. After they fixed the flat roof I was satisfied.
Description of Work: They came to my home and installed two different types of roofing on my home. They installed regular shingles on the main part of the home and on the addition they installed a different roofing on the flat part.
