They arrived about 30 minutes late but completed both installations in 1 1/2 hours. Very professional demeanors and workmanship.

Ad said "No job too small" and they responded to my very, very, very small job with promptness, professionalism, and courtesy just as if I had a real job (for which they would be well paid) for them. It is embarrassing that I can't replace the toilet handle and arm myself and had to call a plumber, but, what can I say? Plumbers don't make any money doing these small jobs where it costs them more in travel time than they can charge, but The Plumbing Specialist folks were very gracious and reasonably priced, all things considered. When it happens that I have a real plumbing job, I will definitely call them.

"I do apologize for your bad experience with our company. Unfortunately at the time you had called our daughter, 3 years old was going thru a bad time with her epilepsy and as of today she is still suffering. I do see that you used our company six other times, which I believe you were happy with not only our service but our price. During these difficult times I have taken on a part time job including my full time job as Vice President and Owner of the The Plumbing Specialist to help assist my family. I do have to say that I will always be a mother first and a business women second and if you find that unacceptable I am sorry."

High quality work, but very difficult to deal with on a personal level (hard to reach them on the telephone, unless they wanted something from you). George complained to us initially about the lack of respect other trades had for each other, but in the end, his work and use of space caused more grief for the other contractors than anyone else.

"AS OF 8/13/08 THIS JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETE BECAUSE THE OWNER REFUSED TO CALL US BACK SO WE COULD FINISH THE TRIM OUT OF THE JOB AND CALL IN FOR FINAL INSPECTION, WHICH I LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES. WE PASSED ALL OTHER INSPECTIONS ON THIS JOB. THE OWNER SEEMS TO ALSO BE HAVING A PROBLEMS WITH MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS. HE STILL DOES NOT HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THIS HOME. THE JOB STARTED BACK ON 8/24/06. WE CAN DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION THIS OWNER MUST BE FEELING AND WISH HIM THE BEST OF LUCK."

I called the plumbing specialist Monday and asked for an appointment. The lady informed me she was not at the office but would call me when she got to the office and had the appointment book in front of her. She never called me, but this morning about 8:30 am they call to say they would come by and do the job if we were going to be home. I was at work, but this was one of the rare mornings that my daughter was off. The was job completed. My daughter tells me he is a very nice man. Water pressure is up. All is well. Thanks

This work was done in a timely and professional manner. The subsequent work to repair drywall was also done timely and professionally. We had one issue with a small leak in a faucet and that was handled quickly as well.

The plumbing specialist came out promptly. As a matter of fact, he squeezed us in (at the end of a long day for him) just to meet with us quickly. He inspected the plumbing, gave us a preliminary estimate, and worked up a formal quote within 24 hours. He did the work, showed us where we could save money, helped us make sound decisions and wrote the letter up quickly and professionally.

HE CAME ON TIME AS HE PROMISED (ASKED SPECIFICALLY TO COME ON TIME). HE CHARGED ONLY A TEN DOLLARS SERVICE FEE. HE FINISHED IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS BUT WAS EXPECTED TO BE AT LEAST 3 HOURS DUE O THE COMPLEXITY OF THE JOB. WE REMODELED KITCHEN COUNTERS AND SINCE WE GOT DEEPER SINKS WE HAD TO LOWER ALL THE PLUMING NETWORKS IN THAT VERY RESTRICTED AREA UNDER THE SINK HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
