July 2013 we were told by our tenants that we had a rodent problem. Casper was one of the quotes we were given by our tenants. His quote was broken down in stages, leaving us to decide how little or how much we wanted to do.
I called and spoke with Casper and I knew he was the man to help us with this situation. His rates were reasonable and he worked with us as we were also dealing with non-paying tenants at the time. Within a very short period of time the rodents were no longer a problem, thanks to Casper.
Our tenants have since left (with lots of damage) and once we have new tenants in we will be calling Casper out to service our rental for quarterly Pest Management.
