This is the third time we have used Elliott's and our experiences have all been fantastic. The previous two times we used granite off their yard but this time he suggested we go to Mystic to pick out our slab as they have a very large selection. Elliott's measured and templated our tops and after fabrication, they fit perfectly the first try. Everyone, from Steve down to his installers, are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
I would highly recommend them for any granite or marble work. When I have this type of work to be performed, I do not even think about going to anyone else. I just go straight to Elliott.

No wonder this company has been in business for such a long time. They are fantastic. Definitely went above and beyond . First they give you concise and very understandable pricing. No add ons or confusing variables. You will pay for the granite, they price the labor. Simple as that. Then you choose your granite and buy it either from them or a number of other places which they provide detailed directions to and information on. The young men that came to do the measuring and then the installation were very professional, extremely courteous, pleasant , and knowledgeable. Needless to say they did an awesome job. A couple of other things that made an impression on us were how promptly any phone calls or emails were returned and how everything was done with a smile.

What a WONDERFUL experience!!! This company is truly Customer Service driven! I was looking for marble for my kitchen countertops but I was educated with a piece of marble and shown how it would not be suitable for a kitchen. Then Claudia (Steve's wife and helpful Salesperson) took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted my kitchen to look. I brought a sketch of my kitchen and the counter layout from the home builder when I had purchased my house 8 yrs ago. She took us outside to see what they had on their lot. They sell the granite slabs at cost provided by Stone and Suface Designers of Melbourne, FL. Once I finally decided on the granite the experience was about to get better! Their Fabricator (who is on their payroll and their employee) Jorge was wonderful in doing the template and measurements. It is important to me to know who is coming into my house and knowing that Steve and Claudia do not subcontract was very important to me! The granite was fabricated and installed by Jorge and Freddie. These two were definitely a professional reflection of this company! The granite looks wonderful and they cleaned up after themselves! There is nothing better I can say except that I would refer anyone and everyone to them if you want to be treated as a special customer! Thanks to that entire team!

I called around and recieved several estimates for a new granite vanity top, window sill and shower threshhold for our bathroom. Elliott's was cheaper by about 30% vs. the others. You buy the granite at wholesale cost from your choice of distributer, then just pay him for the cutting and installation. He also displays some stock granite from local distributors. We were able to get by with a remnant he had on site.
Steve was very easy to work with. He is available by phone or email. His employees were very friendly and professional. Jorge in particular was extremely pleasant to work with. They were timely as well. After the work was done I thought there was a problem with the install. I called Steve and he was ready to make it right, even if it meant doing it over. It turned out everything was fine (I just needed more help installing the faucet than I realized). I will use them again when we remodel our master bath.

The office staff (and owners) were very friendly; and the overall experience was very good. We were also able to save money by visiting their stone yard and picking out a remnant, which costs less per sq foot. The workers arrived as scheduled and the workmenship was above and beyond our expectations. Edges, corners and overall fit... was superb! We would definately recommend them to anyone.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD A GOOD SUPPLY. THEY DESIGNED WHAT WE NEEDED. THEY CAME OVER AND MEASURED WHAT WE NEEDED AND CAME OVER AND INSTALLED IT.
