June 2012 ? We paid Jason about $3,000 to replace sod on sides of front yard and entire back yard. After the work was completed, about half of the back yard and one of the sides died from webworms. Jason agreed to replace it at a price to us. July 14, 2012 ? I asked Jason to call my husband to find out what he is going to do about half of the yard being dead. He responded he was on vacation but would send someone over to spray the yard the next day. July 19, 2012 ? I texted that no one came by on the 15th. He said he was still on vacation and would deal with it when he got home. July 25, 2012 ? I texted Jason to remind him to call my husband. He didn't. Nothing had been done to yard. July 30, 2012 ? I texted Jason to remind him to call my husband. He didn't. Jason showed up at house to check out yard without calling ahead of time. August 21, 2012 ? I texted Jason to ask him to call my husband to discuss what they were going to do about the dead sod. He didn't. He responded that he would come by to check the yard out again. September 10, 2012 ? I texted Jason and told him that my husband still never heard from him. Jason responded that he had just called him earlier that morning. November 13, 2012 ? I texted Jason asking him when we would see them come out and replace the dead sod. November 27, 2012 ? Jason texted that he had sent someone by to spray the sod to kill it. He said that ?its not all my fault a lot of the sod issues I had no control over and most companies would not follow up the way I have?? He said that sod wasn?t warrantied. I explained that we have been willing to pay more to get it fixed, but that we needed him to come up with a price and to contact my husband to come to an agreement. Jason said he would haven been quicker to respond the last months but he was short handed. He said ?It will be all good in the end. It will get done and replaced and you guys will be satisfied?. He said that he had an open invoice and that we owed him $120. I told him to send me the invoice so I could get it paid. He said ?I?m not going to ask for those payments I am just going to get in there replace the sod and be done.? ?I have many satisfied customers I?m sorry your not one of them. Good day? December 7, 2012 ? Jason came by to spray yard. December 21, 2012 ? Jason was to come over to work. I texted to ask when he would be done so I could let my dogs out and he said he had an emergency, so he would come later in the day. Texted later that he was on his way. Texted an hour later and said his sprayer was on his other truck, so he would have to come back in a couple days. January 8, 2013 ? Jason texted that he was coming to remove the dead sod on January 11, 2013. January 11, 2013 ? No work done. January 15, 2013 ? No work done. I sent Jason text. January 18, 2013 ? No work done. Asked Jason to call me. January 28, 2013 ? Texted Jason to see if we were on schedule to get sod put in that week. Jason and my husband had also agreed for us to pay $350 for Jason to finish up sod, remove a bed of rocks, and replace pavers that he had removed when digging up sod. Jason said he would be there in 2-3 days to finish up. January 31, 2013 ? No sign or word of Jason. February 1, 2013 ? Texted Jason to see where he was and what was going on. He responded that he had gotten bad sod, so he ?hated to sound like I?m putting you off?. But I have you set for next Monday with better sod?? He texted "No ifs ands or buts we will be ther for sure late Monday morning?. February 4, 2013 ? No one showed up or called. February 5, 2013 ? Texted Jason and he responded that he was waiting on sod to be available. He said it would be Thursday, February 7th, at the latest. Over the next couple weeks, he would come by randomly to small amounts of sod, left over from other jobs, and would patch small areas at a time. One evening he met with my husband and agreed that if my husband gave him $350 he would be out the next day to finish the sod, remove the rocks, and replace the pavers. My husband gave him the $350 that night. Days went by and he never showed back up. February 20, 2013 ? I texted Jason and asked when he was coming back. He said he would be over the next day to finish the job. February 21, 2013 ? No one showed up. I texted him and he responded that he would be by the next day. February 22, 2013 ? Jason showed up around 5:30pm and put down patchy pieces of sod. It was getting dark and my husband arrived home. My husband approached Jason at his truck to thank him for coming by and finishing up. Jason wouldn?t even acknowledge him. He left. He never removed the bed of rocks or replaced the pavers. February 23, 2013 ? Jason texted and said that our sprinkler system (the one he installed) had lost pressure and would not be able to irrigate all parts of the yard so that the new sod might die if we don't water it and that he would not be replacing it. We bought a new hose and sprinkler to cover the areas. February 25, 2013 ? Paying a new company to remove bed of rocks for $120. At least this guy showed up, is professional, and will be getting a lot more work out of us. As for Sprinkler Solutions?. Over the past 7 years, I have worked with them for installation of an irrigation system and 2 and a half times for resodding. This last experience was the worst I have EVER had to deal with in my life. I have never even heard of such awful service. I'm sure Jason has no love lost for me and all my text messages.

Spoke with Jason and scheduled an AM appointment, asked that I get a call 1 hr before heading to my home. Later on the appointment day I called at 3 pm to follow up since I had not been contacted by Jason. He stated he was busy but still planned to try and make it to my home. I asked that he call me ahead of time. Day passed no call, next day passed no call, next day I followed up with a call that went unanswered and now 7 days have passed without a response. Jason called and came out to evaluate my irrigation system. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He apologized for the misundersanding. He explained they have a back log of work and he kept waiting until he was in my area to stop over and evaluate. I would do business with him based on his knowledge.
