Well, I was surprised they answered all my questions and pleased with the job that was done.

Absolutely wonderful! Quick and easy and very friendly gentlemen to work with. I recommend these guys for any sewer line clog! and a great price as well!

Second time we hired Jason, first time went really well, the second time will be our last. Our job was for a kitchen remodel and flooring to be replaced. I specifically asked and paid for wood cabinets with granite counters. I prepurchased all my appliances, tile for floor and backsplash along with the grout, sink and faucet. We meet with and picked out granite for the counters, a slab and a half. The job progress went well and Jasons crew couldnt of been nicer. The downfall for everything was after the job was over the cabinets started falling apart. We notified Jason of the cracks in the cabinet doors and were told that they don't make wood doors just the cabinet bases. I know this is incorrect. He came out and replaced the crack doors. Not even a week later, more cracks. We notified him once more to ask where he purchased them so we can just replace the doors since now we are stuck with cheap cabinets and we never received an answer. We are still finding cracks as the cabinet bases are cracking now and falling apart. He was also holding a half slab of quartz for a future job and we learned that it disappeared. We know that just doesnt disappear, it was sold to someone else after we paid for it. Shame on us for being trusting. After spending over 30k on a remodel and getting cheap cabinets and no answers, I would never recommend this company. I felt like we were taken advantage of and now Im stuck with horrible cabinets that we were told were wood. Updated 1/22: Things started breaking about six months to year after he did the work. I got in touch with him and he wouldnt give us any information about where he got the wood for the cabinets. Eventually just started ignoring out texts. They id replaced some things, but alot of them are already breaking down again. We need to go to Home Depot to find replacements. He had us buy a lot of counter slabs. He told us the place would hold it for us in the meantime. All of a sudden it just disappeared when we asked for it.

This is the second remodel project I had William and TPC to my house. 2 years ago I had both showers remodeled at the same time. William and his team finished 1 shower completely before they started on the other one. I was involved in the whole process including picking all the tile and the bathroom fixtures. It was completed on time and on budget and the finished project exceeded my expectations. Now earlier this year we got our kitchen remodeled, From the initial visit with William to see the space and start planning what the final project would look like and cost. He brought samples of the cabinet material and colors, we went over the area inch by inch to decide what the new cabinets would look like and he took preliminary measurement. He has a design program that not only produces line drawings with measurements but also had 2 D drawings that gave you a visual picture of the final product. We made our final selections and he measured everything again. He ordered the cabinets and when delivery was imminent we scheduled the start date. Everything was completed on schedule, on budget and when we added replacing the door into the garage, no problem added with a competitive price. We are totally satisfied with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Because he deals directly with the cabinet company and assembles them on-site, I would say it saved several thousand dollars to the total price.

After getting quotes from 2 kitchen design and remodeling companies we chose Total Premier Construction because they were more responsive during the bid/proposal phase and their price came in a few thousand dollars cheaper than the other. Additionally, William's timeline for our project was more favorable and fit our schedules better. The major aspects of our project were: removal and installation of tile in kitchen and connected hallway, entry, and laundry room, drywall repair and texture of the entire kitchen, quartz countertops, minor electrical updating, cabinet installation, exterior vent, and minor plumbing, and new appliances. We did not change the footprint of our kitchen, we essentially replaced everything and kept the same configuration. During the design and planning phase, William came to our house several times to take measurements, discuss the project, answer questions and provide design advice. We found him to be professional and easy to work with. He communicated with us in person, over the phone, and via text and email as well. He made several design modifications for us along the way and provided advice on various aspects of the design. The actual renovation went very smoothly. William did a great job of scheduling his various crews and subcontractors to minimize the amount of time our kitchen was out of commission. His team isolated the dusty areas of the house during tile demolition and his demo crew worked very quickly. After demolition, drywall, tile, and cabinet installation occurred in rapid succession. The quality of the work performed was excellent, especially the tile. I had the opportunity to spend a reasonable amount of time with two of William's crew, Ray and Dave, and truly enjoyed getting to know them and interacting with them. They do excellent work and I always felt like my wife or I could ask either one of them or William to take care of something or address an issue and it would be fully taken care of. An added benefit to having such a great crew was that my wife and I felt comfortable leaving the house while they were working, which was a tremendous help in keeping my wife sane and allowing us to go on living our life without having to worry about being in the house while work was going on. Ray and Dave also did a great job of cleaning up every day, which was most appreciated. The final product speaks for itself. Our kitchen is beautiful. We absolutely love it. Note: the approximate cost of service includes the cost of the entire kitchen remodel which consisted of Total Premier Construction's services (demolition, drywall, quartz, electrical, plumbing, and installation of tile floor, tile backsplash, sink, appliances) combined with products that we purchased (tile, appliances, sink, paint).

Total Premier construction was great. Jasón and William were professional and knowledgeable. I paid for a design of my kitchen( 3D rendering ) we worked through a few different layouts till I was happy. They ordered the cabinets and supplies needed for the project and began within a few days. There guys doing the work we’re great, cleaned up every day and the work was done correctly and looked flawless. Would definitely use them again for future projects.

Kitchen and bathroom came out just how we wanted it to. The quality of work is amazing, Brandon and Dave paid very close attention to every detail. They helped walk us through the whole remodel process as we have never remodeled before. They very very responsive to phone calls and texts when we had questions. Also, Very kind, and very respectable of our home. Always on time, and left at a reasonable hour. Would definitely hire them again for future projects in our home.

I contacted Total Premier Construction after a bad toilet installation caused a massive leak and required us to rip out our entire Master Bathroom. I met with and got quotes from several companies for the plumbing repair and bathroom remodel, and decided on TPC. I liked the fact that they had expertise in plumbing, and after meeting with William I felt comfortable that their experience in bathroom renovations was what I needed. Dave and Brandon were at my home within days and got started on the remodel. They paid attention to every detail, from protecting my floors and bedroom furniture, to ensuring every tile was straight and every surface was level; they also corrected the original plumbing issue. They installed subway tile with a large niche, a jetted tub, quartz shower bench, floor tile, toilet, vanity, mirror, and lighting. They were courteous and mindful the entire time, worked well and got done sooner than expected. Most importantly, the finish on our bathroom is First Class. We couldn't be happier and would recommend TPC, William, Brandon, and Dave all in a heartbeat.

We were totally satisfied with our bathroom remodel. Jason and his crew worked with me to make sure I could save the parts of the bathroom we wanted to keep, and replace what we wanted to. That allowed us to stay within budget and receive a result we were very happy with. The craftsmanship was excellent. Jason has also come out to follow up as needed since the bathroom has been completed.

Originally I had rated then a F because the first person would not even consider the job unless I spent 30-40k. William (the VP) called back to apologize and came out and has proposed a reasonable quote.

They were amazing, courteous, and customer service focused. First question i was asked when it was completed before anything else was are you happy. Great work, great price, and great customer service. If you are looking for someone these are the people!!!!!

Outstanding workmanship! William Varney came to our home after another contractor was released for poor work. There were so many issues to be addressed; and we were uncertain as to how we would solve the many problems we were faced with. From the first day to the final day, William Varney worked with us solving every issue in a timely and professional manner. We started from scratch. He took our ideas and helped us with creating a beautiful bathroom that ended up being beyond our expectations. We love the way he offered design suggestions and were very pleased with his warm personality, detail of his work (strives for perfection), his punctuality, and keeping the work area clean after each day was done.

Very talented group, punctual, professional and they do quality work. They have great ideas, suggestions and best practices. They are trust worthy and I had no problem leaving them alone in my home while they worked. The crews cleaned up at the end of each day which lessen my stress on these projects. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing and Construction!

The previous company we hired had left our bathroom in total disrepair and Total Plumbing and Construction came in and fixed all of our problems and gave us the bathroom of our dreams.

Jason and William and the whole total construction crew did a wonderful total remodel job of our 4 bedroom home. We totally renovated the kitchen and master bedroom/bath which turned out to be a masterpiece. The crew showed up on tiimecevery day and worked every day til the job was done. I am impressed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism and I recommend total plumbing for any remodel job. It’s unusual to have the crew actually do exactly as they promised An outstanding job

Jason created a beautiful layout of our new kitchen. His design gave us more storage and counter space which created a new high top seating area. We are very happy with the color choice and style if our kitchen. Jason worked very closely with us to give us the most for our money. His crew were easy to work around and always did a great cleanup!

Wonderful, exactly what we wanted. We plan on using them in the near future to redo our kitchen. Would recommend time and time again. Slightly higher price than others in the market but even will admit that, but quality costs money! Was very responsive and helpful with sticking to my wishes while also recommending what would go best and not be over the top

It went great, this is the second time we have used Total Plumbing and we have been very pleased each time.

Provider was professional, but was not interested in doing the job as he considered it too small to be worth his time despite having jobs with similar budgets listed on his website as projects the company completed in the past.

I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. The crew was made up of William, Brandon, and Dave. They all did fantastic work! They were able to take my vision for the remodel and make it happen. The tile work looks great. Family members can't believe how great it looks. I had a window filled in the kitchen and you can't even tell there was one there. Brandon did some great stucco work to match the brick patterns on the opposite side of the wall. William went above and beyond to help with some additional electrical work that we discovered needed done after the demo. If I didn't like something, they fixed it. They were always here on time and always left the workspace as clean as possible before they left. I'm so happy with results. There is no question, when I have another job to do, I will be calling Jason and his team to do it! They are all really great guys who do really great work. I highly recommend them! I've attached some before and after pictures to this review. The pictures honestly don't do the tile work justice, but you will get the idea!
