I woke up this morning with no air-conditioning at 7 o'clock in the morning I called service star I talk to their answering service who then got Kathy to return my call within five minutes by 815 the technician was at my home found a faulty float switch $125 later I have a cool crisp air conditioning I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors

Very well, I had a nice young man Matt at my house he cleaned out my drain line that was completely clogged. He showed me how easy it is to maintain the drain line myself. He was very patient with me and showed me how my air conditioner works showed me pictures of his little boy and girl. He was such a delight I told my daughter to call and schedule a time for Matt to service her AC

I was impressed by how fast this company showed up to my home fixed my air-conditioner my total bill was $142 worth every penny of it I was so impressed with the technician Donnie that I gave him a $35 tip. He found the problem right away and fixed it really fast I am so happy with this company and I will recommend them to everybody I know

The guy showed up on time for his appointment he did a thorough check through my system I was very nervous so I followed him around and he explain the operation on how everything goes he flushed out my drains checked all the pressures wiped it off he did a very nice job and my unit checked out with a clean bill of health

I called after coming home from that my a/c was not working,I called Service Star and sent a service man to my home, he found the fan motor was not working,he then made very effort to get it working so I could have air for the night,which I'm happy to say was success. The morning he returned with my warranty fan motor and A/C has been working great since.

I needed service immediately and the response was incredible. Cathy responded rapidly and immediately schedule a tech to come out and worked around my difficult schedule. the tech was on time and very courteous. I gave them all my concerns and he immediately knew what was wrong and jumped right in to start assessing everything. He was so thorough and went through everything When he was done, he went through everything he did and related my issues with what he did to fix it. My ac works incredibly better and I immediately felt a difference in the flow of air and cooling. The price was so reasonable, and iwill definately use them again and feel free to refer andy of my friends. Great company.

Everything was great! I placed a call around 12noon and by the night fall I had a brand new AC unit installed and my house was feeling super cold! Very friendly! Install went great no problems at all!! Would hire again!! Looking for a great service and a great company then they are for you!! Great service

When service star came out for the PM they were very perfessional they went over everything with my AC and found that I had a leak in my coil my system was 13 years old and I knew it was going to go out soon they quoted me on a new system and we got it done they came to install it the very next day and everything is working perfectly I couldn't be happier with service star!! The technicians name was Matt he was very kind, perfessional, and very knowledgeable about AC I would highly recommend service star and the technician Matt to all of my friends and family!
