SEALING SPECIALISTS came in and stripped the porch sealer. It was an messy job but Robbie, owner of Sealing Specialists, was prompt and did the job as promised.

I highly recommend Sealing Specialists and would hire them again.

Rubberdek originally was hired to sealed the porch, approx. 1300 SF. Rubberdek used a defective sealer which oxidized. Rubberdek refused to  honor their warranty even though it was known the sealer failed within the first month of installation.

Submitted estimate in timely fashion.  Have not done work yet as I am waiting on improved finances.

The two young men were punctual and arrived exactly when expected. They removed all the mold from my pavers and did a wonderful job repairing pavers that had sunk into the dirt. They were efficient and filled in around all the pavers with new sand. There is no chemical smell to their sealing product and it dries quickly. They did an all round wonderful job.

They did great job. Very professional and punctual. Our travertine stone did not take the seal well at first. We called them and explained to them what the stone looked like and they were more than happy to come out and place more sealer on the stone with no hassle. Very happy with the end product and would refer to family and friends. They also offered a 10% off coupon through Angie's list.

I am extremely pleased with both the deck and the front patio. The quality of the work was excellent. I would also like to say that Robert showed up exactly hen he said he would and performed exactly what he said he would do. He is very professional, polite and extremely motivated professional. I cannot find enough complimentary words for this provider. I am delighted that I found him on Angie's List!
When I called, he was quick to respond, and arrived on time to review our issues and give us a proposal.
His work is of the highest quality.  He was on time to execute the repairs and sealer, and to be honest I believe our pavers look better now than when they were new.  My husband, who is pickier than I am was also pleasantly surprised at the results.  I think they should change their name to High Quality Sealing Specialists, because that is definitely what they provide. 
Due to some medical issues my husband and I are both having, our major concern was how to get the furniture out of the way, especially, the fire pit when neither of us can lift.  We were going to call in some friends, but Rob was kind enough to say that they would move the furniture (as long as they were not held liable if something broke).  We agreed, and trusted that he would use care in moving things.  We were right!!!  He went above and beyond, and we are very grateful
We had a little issue with the tint under the gazebo, and he was quick to find a solution and make the requested change.  Always with a smile.
I would definitely use this provider again, and would highly recommend  him to anyone that is looking for quality results from a committed provider.

We were very disappointed and do not recommend this company.  The two young men arrived on time on the date we had arranged to power wash and clean the decking. They moved all of our furniture and grill out into the yard and because our deck table was too big they put it in the pool.  We were fine with this. That was on a Wednesday.  They finished cleaning on Wednesday morning and had told us that they planned to come back that afternoon after the deck dried to do the painting.  For some reason they were unable to come back.  They were also not able to come on Thursday.  They did show up on Friday morning when it was threatening rain and they painted the deck and porch.  They told us that it needed to dry for 24 hours before we could put the furniture back.  It rained that afternoon.  When we inspected the deck on Sunday, after it was obvious that the paint was dry we found extremely sloppy work with big patches missing.  In addition we tried calling them about getting the furniture back on the deck -- the large table was still in the pool and as we are in our 60s we did not feel we could get it out ourselves.  We've called and left messages but no answer or call back.  We had to go out to buy another gallon of paint and we did the touch up painting on the deck.  We still have not figured out how to get the table out of the pool.  Needless to say, we do not recommend this company and would never ever use them again.

Outstanding quality. Pavers look better than ever, and the price was great. I would highly recommend this company again.

Robbie was very knowledgable and professional. He came to give an estimate and then schedules the work in a timely fashion. He came to do the work himself, bringing one other man to assist. He cleaned on a Monday morning and came back on Tuesday morning to seal to allow time to dry and prevent the afternoon showers from interfering. He did a great job. We are going to have him come back out to do our front walk.

The pricing was competitive, if not lower than other bids. The bids he provided were very clear and detailed. He took the time to provide education on the types of sealing products he was using and why he selected those brands. Robbie was always prompt and dependable. So much so that I recommended him to my mother and he subsequently refinished and sealed her slate floor too. I would highly recommend Sealing Specialists to any homeowner.

Our paver pool deck had gotten dirty, drab and moldy despite being sealed only 18 months previously so we were looking for someone to reseal it when I found Sealing Specialists on Angie's List.   I contacted Robbie (the owner) and scheduled an appointment for him to come give me an estimate.   He arrived when he said he would a few days later, measured the deck and provided an immediate estimate.  I told him I wanted the pavers to have a "permanent wet look" after being sealed, something I had previously been told could not be done with a water based sealer.  Robbie stated that the product they used, which was water based, could in fact provide the look we wanted.  I scheduled an appointment for him to return the following week to do the work.
Robbie and another team member arrived when they said they would and immediately got to work cleaning the pavers and pool coping.  Once they were done with a thorough cleaning I noticed they were actually removing some pavers and leveling them off.  I did NOT expect that service, but Robbie said they found a few sunken pavers (Toe Killers) and wanted to fix the issue prior to washing in new sand to fill the gaps.  They did a great job of leveling the deck and then washed in new sand to a PERFECT level.
They then applied a layer of sealer to the pavers, cleaned up after themselves and left.   The deck looked very very good.  Unfortunately, despite the weather forecast saying there was a very minimal chance of rain that day (and not until late evening) we received an hours long torrential rains storm that started about 3 hours after they left.   I contacted Robbie via email to ask if the down pours would cause a problem.  He was optimistic that it would not, but told me what to check the next day (Water beading and uniform color).
'The next morning prior to my being able to get out to check the water bead Robbie called to see how the deck was.  I tested the beading and told him that it didn't bead well in the area of the deck that receives the most rain water and that the color there looked lighter than the rest of the deck.   He told me he would be back out to take a look.   Long story short, he was back within the hour and applied another coat of sealer.     The weather held until that coat had time to fully cure and the pavers look amazing!  They bead water and have the wet look that we wanted.  The sand looks amazing and has hardened with the sealer to be more like grout.   Robbie and his partner did a great job at a fair price and came back to make sure we were happy when weather interfered.  We couldn't be happier!
I saw at least one other review that mentioned Robbie's age.  I'm not sure how old Robbie is, he is certainly younger than me, but I can say that the man knows his stuff and does what it takes to make sure the job is done right.   Tack on his two year warranty and you can't go wrong!    When we need the paver resealed, I know without a doubt who we will be calling!

Robbie was very professional. He always answered his phone was on time and did a great job !  We had called numerous other paver sealing and cleaning companies and no one called back or kept their appointment. We had a huge calcium issue in the spa and Robbie was very confident aboutgetting it taken care and he did. The job was done beautifully. We would reccomend Sealing Specialist to our friends and family.

I used him about a month ago. He was excellent. He explained the job that he was proposing to do. He gave me the bid. He followed through with all of the pieces of the project. He cleaned the area that we are going to be sealed. He took out some old wood, dividers and the drive ways. He installed some especial kind of fan. I would give him an excellent rating!

Project was completed in 2 days. Cleaning was done the first day in just a few hours and the sealing was completed in a couple of hours the second day. We then allowed the sealing to dry for 48 hours. The pool deck looked new, after the project was done.

They did an excellent job and I want to give them kudos where they deserve it. They were fabulous.

Overall the sealing itself was good.  Robbie is a nice young guy and professional to deal with.  He did a great job on the cleaning and sealing, but there were a couple issues that make it hard to recommend him.  With the pavers sealing, he moved the furniture outside the screen enclosure, but the pressure washing got sand and dirt all over the furniture which I had to clean off.  Also, he knocked a lot of mulch out of the mulch beds around the screen enclosure. 
He also cleaned and sealed some stone veneer on the front of the house.  The pressure washer was turned up too high (in my opinion) and did a little damage to the stones, exposing some of the aggregate, but nothing too serious.  If you use him for this you should ask him not to use full pressure. But my big issue from this job was that he did not protect the garage door and coach lights from overspray.  He had to come back and repaint part of the garage as it had just been painted, but even so his painting did not cover all the overspray.  The coach lights were essentially ruined, but I was planning to replace them anyhow so I let it go, but had that not been the case it would have been a problem.
Overall I liked Robbie and think he tries to do a good job, but his attention to detail could use some work and he definitely needs to take care to protect surrounding areas from his work.  Hopefully as his business continues to grow he will work out some of these kinks.  I said I would use him again in the future, and I may, but I would certainly deal with some of these other issues up front.

He came out and gave a fair estimate the same day I called him. He then came on the scheduled day and did the job quickly and it looks great. We wish we would have done it sooner so the pavers would have been brighter, but are very happy with the results

I contacted Robbie the owner of Sealing Specialists for a quotation on the cleaning and sealing of a new installation paver driveway.  Robbie was very knowledgable in the different products available for paver installation and their performance.  He installs the Seal & Lock product which is a great product to use based on my own internet research.  After selection Sealing Specialist to preform the work Robbie arrived on time and completed the cleaning and sealing in a timely manner.  The product was applied professionally and looks great as he said it would.  I would definitely use this company again.

They were prompt and very detail oriented. I was impressed with the amount of work done for the price. They were professional and the final product is one of quality. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

My paver driveway and walkway (900 sq ft) was stained and full of plant life, algae, and debris in the spaces between pavers. We bought the house last September and it was built in 1993. In addition, I had left a golf cart out in a heavy rain resulting in an unbelievably large battery acid stain (appx 250 sq ft). I talked to Rob on the phone and he asked me to send wet and dry pictures to avoid the drive from Orlando to Palm Coast for an estimate. I e-mailed pictures on Tuesday and Rob called me within hours to let me know that he could take care of it and his costs for cleaning and sealing were $.80/sq ft. He said he could be there at 7:30 AM on Friday  to complete the job and give the sealer time to dry before any usual afternoon showers. He and an associate arrived on time and worked steadily the next 4.5 hours. They pressure washed and got rid of all the plant life, algae and debris. Rob noticed that a border of pavers were covered by roots and branches from a hedge and he trimmed and cleaned to expose them. Rob worked on the large stain with an acid and removed it. They scrubbed the pavers with a machine, applied sand to fill in all the spaces, and applied the sealer. It looks brand new and I could not be more pleased with the results. I wish I could attach before and after pictures - amazing. Rob gave me a written two year guarantee. Rob and his associate were polite, cordial and professional topping off the experience. They cleaned up all the debris they had collected leaving me nothing to do but admire and appreciate the job they had done. I would highly recommend Rob's company and would expect that whatever service they provide would be of the highest quality and reasonably priced.

Was so good, sorry we had waited too long. He beat out several other bids, who had also over estimated the size of our patio(and so the price) and walkways. His price was the best.
