Did an excellent job.

He was professional, appropriately friendly and prompt. While we thought he charged a bit on the high side, we really don't have another situation to compare with this, and he certainly took care of our problems in an excellent manner. We would call him again for sure.

Our GE oven had quit working. Called them in the pm of 2/4/14 and they came on the 5th. The technician was Alejandro Sanchez. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the control panel. He carried a spare on his truck and an hour later the oven was working. He even helped cleaning behind the stove before he left (a job rarely done). He was professional, on time , and knew his job, even showing me the connector that had arced causing the original problem. When writing the bill I showed him the Angies list coupon I'd printed out which he accepted with no questions. I would highly recommend this person for any appliance repair you might have.

He arrived on schedule and removed the back of range. He said the circuit board was burnt out. He called to get a replacement part and was told it was not available any longer. Since he couldn't fix it, I was just charged for a service call.

Right before Thanksgiving guests were going to arrive, our washing machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle. I called several companies, but Sanz was the only one who responded quickly and professionally, and set an appointment immediately. On the scheduled date (just in time before the holiday!) Alejandro arrived right on time, and got to work immediately. After disassembling part of the machine, he was able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. The entire job was done quickly and professionally, and although the price was in the moderate to high range, I believe in fixing appliances instead of throwing them to the curb whenever possible. The machine has worked perfectly ever since, and I'll be calling Sanz again if we ever have another appliance failure!

Arrived on time. He was able to fix the broken piece, so didn' need to purchase new part. Then the microwave wouldn't work. The code said I needed a new control panel. He said first he would try something. He pulled out the control panel and disconnected several wires; then reconnected them. He said this was resetting it. It worked. I now have a working microwave. Very polite and neat person. He left the work area in great condition.

My refrigerator stopped cooling and I called Alex in the morning. He answered the phone right away, and was at my house in the afternoon as promised. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything as he was working and before charging me to install a new part, he checked and double checked and some replacement was not needed.  I was extremely pleased with everything about his work and would use him again for any appliance repair I need. I would also definitely recommend him.

He was very professional, honest and with a great attitude.   He checked the problem and tried to fix it the same day, but he could not so he came back the next day with the proper part and spent all the time needed to fix the dispenser.  He even spent extra time as some part were frozen.

Found that the compressor on my 30 yr old chest freezer was bad.  He then unclogged my refrigerator drain line.  Very happy for the value and he was able to fix my refrigerator.  Also he was flexible and came early evening which fit my work schedule.

I found this company through Angie's List reviews. I've had a squeaky dryer for about a month now, a relative had the same issue and turned out to be a bearing. I called at 8AM and was told they would be by between noon-2pm. 1pm I got a text that they were 30 mins out which was nice to know. They arrived on time and were professional. Of course when the guy gets here the dryer refuses to make the squeaky noise but he was pretty experienced and was pretty sure he knew where the issue was. He took apart my entire dryer and cleaned out all the lint (there was alot) from inside and regreased the bearings. He was very careful at cleaning up after the job and with an old dryer there was plenty of dust and lint around. He was able to show me an issue with the dryer which was causing other issues and would be a problem in the near future and charged me a very reasonable price for the service for today including a discount off the service for today.  

I had debated trying to fix the issue myself but was really glad I didn't. I will be calling them in the future if needed for any other appliance repair issues and have already recommended them to a friend.

The gentleman who came out from Sanz Appliance repair was great. He answered my call promptly, kept in touch during the day, and came after hours at no additional charge. He was in and out in 30 minutes and was polite and professional. He immediately honored my 10% Angie's List coupon without requesting to see it and my dryer has worked flawlessly since that time. No funny business, no unnecessary parts or time. Went straight to the problem, fixed it, cleaned up, and was on his way. Perfect!

I made an appointment with Alex to be here between 1 and 3 PM on the first day, and he showed up at 12:58 PM--two minutes early.  He was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job.  We needed same-day service on the washing machine, and we got it.  While he was here, I asked about the ice maker.  No problem.  He ordered the part and came back the next day, even sending me a text when he was 25 minutes away.  I was blown away by this kind of customer care.  Great guy, thoroughly professional, and a more-than-fair price.  I'll hire him again and again, and I'll tell my friends to do the same.

Alex arrived on time and came out the same day I called. He was very friendly and helpful. He was honest and recommended we buy a new microwave based on the cost to repair what was wrong with the broken Maytag we have and gave some brand names to stick with. :)
As for the ice maker, he showed me which parts to order on-line (very inexpensive) and showed me how to fix the maker when the parts come in. He said we can certainly call him when they come in for him to install or just do it ourselves since it was so easy. How refreshing!!!! I will definitely use him again. Prompt, courteous, and HONEST--rare find!

Alex is excellent!  He is very professional and knowledgeable.  He will certainly be my first call for any future appliance repairs.

First of all, this company was super responsible - SAME DAY!!!   And he was super flexible!!! 
When he arrived, he went right to the dishwasher and pulled it apart to diagnose the problem.  He had good news and bad news.  The good news was that is was repairable.  The bad news was that it would run about $350.  Although we will end up buying a new one, we appreciated that he was a straight shooter and told us it would probably be better to buy a new one than to fix it.  WOW!  Someone that was HONEST.  Amazing.  I would use him again....absolutelyl!

He was very efficient and was able to come out right away. He was able to come out on a Saturday which I really appreciated. He honored the Angie's List discount as well.  He was very professional, courteous, and friendly.

We woke up on a Sunday morning and found that our refrigerator was not cooling properly. We found Sanz on Angieslist and gave him a call and we were surprised when he said he could come out between 1-3:00 P.M. that afternoon (this was the Sunday before Labor day). He arrived around 2:00 P.M., quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Sanz was willing to come by after hours to meet my schedule and was very reasonable as to cost.

dis-assembled the dish washer andm for m for any other work in future.
he came to find out what was wrong with our dish washer and our micro wave oven and also with our range. All 3 went dead at the same time to day . we were at a loss why this happened and Alex came to our home on the same day ( Ie Today ) He charged the quoted price only for diagnosing all the problems.  He dis-assembled the dish washer and with in 15-20 minutes  found out the real problem,and then reassembled the dish washer and left.

The first time he came to the house the problem had miraculously disappeared, the second time he diagnosed the issue by
the strange sounds the fridge made and fixed it. He is fast, punctual, professional, honest, and worth every $.
