The movers arrived on time and were able to move all of our heavy furniture from our storage unit and the house we were staying in in less than 2 hours.  The complete move took about 3 hours.  All of the guys worked hard and were professional. Would use them again!

The guys were excellent. They immediately got to work and worked hard.  They were very professional.  My furniture was all wrapped and even though it was misting by the time we got to my new house, there was no damage to any furniture.  They were very efficient and got the move done in the 3 hours we scheduled.  I would definitely hire again.

They were on time. 3 men. Worked efficiently. Didn't small talk or complain. We scheduled for 3 hours, went over by 2 hours. But they had to make two trips. Overall, we feel happy with the service.

Jorge kept in touch with me and answered all my questions prior to the actual moving date. I had never used a moving service and had plenty of questions after hearing horror stories from coworkers. I was sent 3 of the hardest working men I have ever met. Lorenzo Tim and Anthony were friendly professional and came to work. They set me at ease from the very beginning.

This crew was organized careful and worked well together. They took a small well deserved break after going up and down the stairs in my townhouse and still finished right on the dot even after having to deal with steep stairs in my new home! I would recommend this company and especially this crew to all my friends and family. They provided exactly what the ad said they would and eveything was trouble free! A+

Our move went great!  We had 2 trucks, and 4 men total show up on move day.  Everything was wrapped and put on the truck and taken off the truck with care.  We had a large desk, dining room table, crib and large master bedroom sleigh bed that were taken apart by Jorge's crew and put back together carefully at our new home.  The movers had uniforms, were courteous and moved quickly from room to room.  Our new home has 18 stairs and the movers did a great job getting furniture up the stairs.  No damage to furniture or our new home and the crew finished an hour earlier than estimated.  Would definitely recommend Sam's Express for any local Orlando moves.

Sam's sent a good crew of 3 guys for our move. They arrived promptly on time and began the move process shortly after arrival. In addition to our regular household furniture and effects, we also had a lot of boxes that needed to be moved to a storage facility unit prior to moving to our new apartment. They were able to fit all our belongings onto the truck and worked as efficiently as possible to move our belongings to a storage unit and then to our new apartment which was challenging since it was on the 3rd floor. Their service and professionalism was much appreciated. Would use Sam's Express Delivery again on our next move.

This was the third time we have used Sam's Express for a move.  Each time we have been happy with the service and the value.  They've always done their best to avoid any damage to our furniture.  After 3 moves, we had no broken items and no damaged furniture.  And this despite our walk-up apartment having a really odd front door arrangement that made moving any large piece out of it a nightmare.
Every crew we've had has been really pleasant.  They showed up on time, and got right to work after a quick review of the items to be packed.  They listened to our preference and concerns, and got the job done quick.

Great! Quick, careful, efficient, cost effective and professional

They went out of their way to please us. Because we had moved many smaller items and boxes previously in our SUV's, Sam's took just under 4 hours to do the job. We would use them again.

Jorge and his crew were timely, courteous and efficient. Had to move on short notice due to job transfer and had everything scheduled and taken care of in a three week period. He also help with the areas in the Miami area to avoid and the areas to live in. Settled in and couldn't be happier. I should be moving again within 8 months and will give Jorge a call to take care of the next move.

I contracted Sams Express Moving to move the furniture from my two story townhouse from Apopka to my new home in Orlando. The moving team showed up on time and we did a quick walk through of the house so they would become familiar with what was going. The team was very polite and diligent in getting the move done. They took my beds and dining table apart and used blankets to protect all my stuff. All items were delivered, put back together and placed where I wanted without incident to my new house in a reasonable time.
I am very happy with the performance of the movers and the level of professionalism of this company. They were quick, well prepared and treated my furniture with a high level of respect. The price was around where the estimate was and more importantly NO SURPRISE HIDDEN FEES. Next time I move I will put Sams Express on the top of my list

I hired Sams Express Moving and Delivery to move me to West Palm Beach  when the original company I hired called me the day before and cancelled on me due to a scheduling issue. I called several companies and none were able to accommodate my move on such short notice and was getting worried when George from Sams Express called me back and was able to put me on his schedule. George made an extra effort to come out and perform a quick estimate of what needed to be moved and gave me a flat price for the move. The movers showed up on time, uniformed and ready to go on moving day. They were very careful with my items and worked quickly to get my items moved. Both Tim and Lorenzo were courteous and respectful throughout the course of the move and called me each step of the way to let me know their status during the long drive down. The guys arrived a little after me and began offloading. They put all my furniture together, but my boxes where I asked them and had no problems or complaints even when I asked them to move a couple of things around for me.
Overall the service was flawless and I paid the price that was quoted to me. The movers that were sent were not only very professional but very friendly and easy to get along with. I would strongly recommend Sams Express Moving to anyone in the market and am very grateful for their professionalism.

I called several moving companies to move my four bedroom house from Orlando to Winter Garden. Of the four companies I called only  two were willing to come out to actually do an onsite estimate and discuss the ins and outs of my move. Jorge actually came out the same day in the evening which showed me some flexibility to begin with.Jorge was very professional about his business yet made me feel comfortable and gave me a great amount of advice on how I could help prepare for moving day. That same night he sent me his estimate which was very easy to understand and I knew this was the company for me. On moving day the movers showed up on time and with the two trucks that were promised.As Tim,the guy in charge, had me sign the paperwork for the move the other movers were already getting furniture and boxes out of my house and on to the truck like worker ants. I was very impressed at the level of efficiency these guys showed throughout the course of the move. They kept a very good pace and never stopped for excessive breaks other than a couple of water breaks. They worked well as a team and were very approachable. At some point in time Jorge, the owner, came by to follow up on things.  It was a long day that even included some showers but the movers never stopped and at the end of the day I paid close to the estimate that was sent to me and nothing was damaged. I am very impressed with the level of quality this company showed me from start to finish and how easy the entire process was for me.Compared to other movers I have used in the past Sams Express really stands out.

Movers arrived on time but took frequent breaks and were slow. Upon arrival of trailer in Beaver Falls PA a number of furniture items were broken due to poor loading and shifting during trip. Upon notification management informed my wife they were not responsible for any damage incurred unless it broke while they were actually loading it. If we want we can pursue through small claims court. Damages were due to poor loading and pack out, one prime example is placing a roller bin full of model train gear weighing 30 lbs on top of a dining room tables lower support strut. This strut was not supported and during the move was broken by the weight of the bin on top of it. A total of 5 pieces of furniture were broken and two others were damaged even though they were wrapped in plastic wrap.
