They could not unclog my drain so they sent another guy out with a camera to find out why I was not charged anyting for the visit

Very friendly and knew what he was doing

PlumbingToday came out to look at a leak coming from our 2nd floor shower. The gentleman was professional and said our issue was not only the shower pan leaking but our A/C leaking, too. He had another gentleman come out just hours later from CoolToday (same company, different name). He said the first gentleman was incorrect - that it was just the shower pan, not the A/C and as such he did not charge us for a 2nd visit due to the misadvisement. We are now undergoing a complete shower repair and install by another company referred to us from the CoolToday employee.

Work quality is excellent, but entire operation is a SCAM! First they claim that technician must visit to estimate a simple and common task. Then they say one must pay an outrageous ?service call fee? unless they do the work. Finally they charge more than TWICE the reported average cost and 50% more than the highest cost for this type of job. DO NOT USE these dishonest SCAMMERS!

High prices $272.00 for a 20 minute job. Was not in my home for 5 minutes and tried to sell me a complete house re-plumbing for almost $6000.00 on a house that is only 15 years old.

They confirmed appointment an showed up on time. They repaired my bathtub drain and were honest regarding replacement of bathroom faucets. Will use them again when we obtain new fixtures to install.

THEY HAD TO MAKE A HOLE IN MY KITCHEN WALL TO GET TO THE LEAK.cUT OUT OLD CAST IRON PIPE,2 FEET,CUT OUT OLD COPPER,3 FEET AND REPLACED WITH PVC. $2500.00 WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

I hired them for an estimate and to find out what the problem was. The estimate was not free as written on this website! It cost $59, but the plumber did find out what the problem was eventually.

They were very prompt, courteous and fully explained everything they were doing. I will keep using them whenever I need a plumber!!

I requested someone who knew touch faucets and the repairman was very knowable. This repair was not in their pre-determined pricing scheme but he charged what I thought was a fair amount compared to what a previous repairman wanted to charge.

Guys have no idea what they are doing...had a bath tub clog Plumbing today sent a plumber who tried using a snake. I could almost tell the snake wasn't the right size as well as he was rushing the job. 15-20 min into the job, plumber said they'll have to take a different route and my only option was replacing the whole P trap, which I thought was absolutely absurd. He charged me $99 for nothing and spent 20-30min trying to upsell a P trap job...these guys are serous shysters, never again. I ended up calling a maintenance guy who I knew from befo re and he gave me a phone number for a plumber, one guy with a helper, 3rd generation operating in the area, who showed up the next day. Used a smaller snake, really slowly, was very patient with it and took care of the clog in about 45min. His price was $75 and we were extremely satisfied with his service and straightforward approach when he said that this would have to be snaked for a while and absolutely no need for a new P trap. DO NOT HIRE PLUMBING TODAY...Save your money, time and effort and find a real plumber.

The plumber did a great job. We are very happy with is work. The price was a little high.

The cost was higher then others, it included a warranty which we probably don't need.

They were great. Kayla was exceptional on the phone, friendly, professional and competent. The plumbers called, came on time and immediately assessed the situation and remedied the problem with a new disposal that also stopped the leaking. They were professional cordial and I can't recommend them high enough. I know their President Jaime D and he runs a great operation. Congrats Jaime.
