I highly recommend this company. I had another plumbing company come out initially and that company told me the valve cartridge could not be removed and needed an entire valve replacement and would cost $570.00 Pete's Plumbing had the correct tool to use to extract the valve cartridge and the job only cost $150 They were polite, fast, punctual and professional and a pleasure to have here for this job. I am so glad i didn't let the first company proceed with what they wanted to do. By letting Pete's Plumbing do the job it saved me hundreds of dollars.

I paid this company $255 less than 2 years ago to install a new under sink kitchen food disposal unit and it recently broke down. Pete's Plumbing noted that the unit was jammed up but did not find anything actually jamming it. They also noted that the food disposal unit was, "completely rusted and unusable." They refused to replace it under warranty even though the unit was less than 2 years old. Then they charged me another $217.50 to install another food disposal unit.

Well, our house is vacant, we live out of town, and we are trying to sell it. So I get a huge usage spike and low balance from OUC last weekend and think, what the H, I just upped my credits? Fortunately we were at the house to check things out this Monday and our neighbor told us that we had a beautiful stream of water originating from our meter trickling down the street (thank you Jim for shutting it off for us). An OUC tech came out to assess for us that day and said that pipe access sleeve that is somewhat flush with the ground was likely run over by the friendly neighborhood landscaper's lawnmower, which pushed down on the pipe and cracked it. I get plumber recommendations from a friend: voicemail, voicemail, I used one of them before (Dick Brink & Son, never again). So I check Angieslist and find Pete's Plumbing is based close by in the downtown area and they answer promptly, show up a couple of hours later and repair the pipe by 4:00pm. Pete's Plumbing saved the day because we had to head back to Miami that afternoon and really need to get the house on the market by the weekend. So if you live in the downtown Orlando area and are in a pinch, do not hesitate to call Pete's Plumbing.
