I hired this company in the Spring of 2018 to replace the insulation underneath my mobile home. The workers they sent out initially were clearly not experienced at this sort of work. They usually showed up around 12:30 in the afternoon and accomplished very little. One crew even broke a water pipe in the crawl space. They talked a good game but never finished the job. In fact, there were many areas where they removed the old insulation and left the subfloor bare (with no insulation). Finally, after much complaining with Mr. Dan Gelhar, he sent two more workers in who seemed to finish the job. I had this work done in anticipation of selling the property. When the property inspector came in a couple of months later, he noted that the work had been poorly done with numerous areas where the insulation was not even stapled to the sub floor. I was very disappointed in this service and would not recommend this company for any type of work. They talked a good game before they got the job but sadly did not deliver on their promises.

Office customer service experience was good. The field tech and office need a little more interaction concerning what was to be done!

Very professional.They cleaned up when they was finished and wore booties over their shoes.

What was a repair call turned into a sales presentation. The repair done to get the a/c working was the addition of a non programmable thermostat to replace my programmable one at a cost of $200.00 for parts. The tech had to disconnect heat pump to get a/c to work.

Technician was professional & polite. Had requested annual maintenance on well working system. Now have trouble staying under 80 even at night and was given quote of > 10K for new system in house of 1100 sq ft. You decide.

Kenny was my technician and was very knowledgeable about the AC system. He made sure to explain everything he was doing as he was doing it so I understood what the problem was and how he was fixing it. He was also very respectful of the house. Wiping up any water he dropped and putting on shoe protectors every time he walked inside and took them off every time he walked outside. Very satisfied customer.

Were do i start. Joe, Ricardo and Kenny - I can't say enough good about them. They were professional and helpful to the max. If they had 10 more like them they would be the biggest AC company in Florida. I wish i had known about the company sooner. I will recommend them to everyone i know.

I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration. My most capable service person was Roberto Wong. He assessed the problem with no time wasted and showed a heightened sense of responsibility and experience. Pricing was within reason and fully explained so as to avoid a misunderstanding. I am satisfied with the work that was done and will certainly call this company again if another problem with a/c or heating arises. I do recommend them and will again ask that Roberto be sent as the service provider.

Communication was excellent: main office kept me in the loop. Technician was thorough, qualified and polite. Am very pleased with the results!

Service providers were clean, friendly and professional. Everything was explained fully and the service was done efficiently.

Jason and Joshua were outstanding for thei troubleshooting, customer service, and prompt services. Jason did not rule out an issue that he never saw before and i’ m so glad he didn’t. In addition, he was able to get the part within the hour and came back to fix my A/C. Simply outstanding job and very personable.

Came out to fix a broken drain line. A little costly but well done.

They tried a less costly repair first but when that did not turn out to be the problem, they refunded the cost of that repair and installed a new system for me. This was all done in a very expeditious manner. The workers were courteous and mindful of not making a mess while working which I greatly appreciated. They clearly explained my options and were helpful in obtaining any discounts that I qualified for
