Our A/C quit working around 4:00 PM on Monday They had a technician at my home within 2 hours. The technician, Michael, identified the problem as burned and melted wire on the compressor. He replaced the wire but the compressor was shorted internally meaning it would have to be replaced. This unit was 15 years old. There were additional problems with the air handler in the split system. Michael give me several options to repair or replace the unit. He was in constant contact with his boss to get me the best price and every possible option. I opted to replace the system and Micheal scheduled the work for the coming Thursday and completed all the paperwork that evening. He also made arrangements to get a portable unit to us until the the install was completed he personally brought a new portable unit Tuesday and set it up before leaving. The install team of Johnathan and Henri arrived Thursday on time to do the removal and install. Johnathan and Henri worked non-stop for over 12 hours to complete the project. They had to do some modifications to accommodate the new system. Both installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained everything they were doing. They installed a new compressor, air handler, and cleaned & sanitized 11 ducts. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until they were sure that our house being cooled properly.I am very happy with the service I have received from Our Place Air and could not be happier with the performance of Johnathan, Henri and Michael. I intend to continue with them as a Platinum Club member and would not hesitate to recommend them. Great employees, excellent work ethic and they definitely treat the customer like they are important ( a rarity in business these days.) The new system works much better than the old one and again I highly recommend this company and can't say enough good about our experience with these particular employees.

If you are having your ducts cleaned, know which ones have the longest runs to get your moneys worth. Paid $59 for a three-foot duct. Other than that, the service was clean and efficient.

Our air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. After first contact, the company showed up within two hours - saving our sanity and getting our AC back up and running within an hour of arrival. Highly recommend this company and I will be using them again, even if just for routine maintenance.

They were on time in every phase of the project. Excellent communication and follow up pattern from the start to the end of the job. One of the main reason we have selected them because of their multiple cost estimate to fit our budget. Also, we were allowed to customize the plan they offered to fit our need. The gentleman that came to do our estimate, took his time and explained every little details. He was very articulate and patient. The technicians were very nice and completed the work on time. Also, we were very impressed by the phone calls from their office to keep us updated on everything. We highly recommend this company.

They were here nine hours and did an excellent job! There were 3 young men here doing a routine cleaning and basic repair.They exceeded my expectations and will remain my home heating and ac repair/ maintenance company for years to come!

Very prompt, courteous, and hard working. Our system posed some challenges. They worked from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm without a break to get our system installed and working properly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs A/C work.

This company charged too much money. It's ike highway robbery, will not recommend this company to anybody.

Joel sold us the package deal. They were here and completed the job like they promised. Needed more help with thermostat but that's a learning curve with age. The (attic rat) was so very nice checking on our needs while they worked around us.

28 year old AC, diagnosed late Friday night. The weekend was a little rough but by afternoon the AC was cooling than ever...

They were fair a good price, great customer service, and I think a good job, and I would recommend them.

I don't really have a basis for comparison, but it was expensive. Maybe they are cheap compared to others, but it was several hundred dollars more than expected, and they recommended several hundred dollars more in repairs.

This companies customer service specifically Leslie is exemplary. In addition to being on time for a next day emergency job the company as well as the technician kept me posted as to how long it was going to take for him to arrive. The technician Joel, was extremely professional and spot on with his evaluation of our problem and he corrected it. He explained everything he was doing in layman’s term step by step and was never rushing through the job. We were so impressed we purchased a service contract. So far so good with the repair to our a/c system we shall see how it holds up!! For now excellent job

The work he did for duct-work was terrible and because it leaked it created damage in my home. Don't waste your money hiring him.

Great service and friendly/professional staff, but the price ended up being twice the average than what I was expecting.
