Our Place Air and Home Repair, LLC

This company is more about making money than repairing! Their repair prices are more than big companies like Dell and West Brook. I gave them $397 just to diagnose the fault after that their tech Josh give me estimate of $2200 for repair. What a rip off. Never ever RECOMMEND AND WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Over all a great experience so far. Patrick was very helpful in explaining how the system works and what needed to be done.

Not reliable. The appointment was changed twice by the company, then after being late for there apt. I received a phone call saying they need to reschedule that they have other appointments that need to go to first. Priority over mine.-Rick Homeowner.

Excellent job by all facets of work!!

The service was timely and very professional. I've had other companies service my AC before and honesty was always an issue. It turned out to be a simple fix and Our Place Air didn't take advantage to charge me for what was not needed. I certainly recommend Our Place Air.

Josh the tech installed my thermostat. However, he wanted to charge me an additional $99 to install the blown out fuse which cost $1...be careful for the additional add ons!!

Technicians were very nice and helpful. They were very careful of my furniture They did a great job.

He did a thorough assessment of my AC and provided a detailed written documentation of his service for the buyers of my home to receive before closing. He explained his assessment on my level of understanding. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and especially this technician Michael Ferri.
