A lot of time and effort was spent on reviewing the system. Repairs were made in a short period of time and seemed pricey but I cannot say for sure that the cost was out of line. First appointment was cancelled by provider and rescheduled for following day.

Mr. Josh came to my house and explained every thing about replacing the evaporator coil and replacing the 12 inch return duct to 14 inch. He gave me the quote. He is very nice and knowledgeable. The work was done by Ricky and Kareem. They were polite, knowledgeable, and worked very hard.

The representatives of this company are very professional and efficient, clean and knowledgeable. My inquiries with respect to my air-conditioning system were quickly answered and I subsequently upgraded to their platinum package without a hard sell. I also added an ultraviolet light, which I was already predisposed to consider, without any pressure from the crew. It was evident that my system was developing mold in the coil area of the compressor so it was best to take care of that sooner rather than later. The crew also inspected my ductwork and took the time to go over the whole house system pointing out potential weaknesses with the inherent system which will likely fail with time. Knowledge is power and I appreciate their information and diligence. I will also utilize this company for my duct work cleaning in the future. Big thumbs up!

This company is a dream to work with. Their Customer Service people keep you updated on the arrival time of your technician. The technicians are extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. They found issues with my duct work that was costing me thousands of dollars a year and repaired them efficiently even though they weren't here to work on the air conditioning system this time. Our Place also does multiple home repairs. This time they blew in insulation to help with my heating and cooling costs. I will definitely use them again and I recommend to any and all
