Josh Bell was able to determine that the water senser was good. He also found that the Condenser Capacitor was bad and he replaced it. These 2 items Stay Cool didn't find them. The only thing he did was clean Condensate line, but didn't have a vacuum cleaner use. He asked me if I had one, which i did and he used MY VACUUM CLEARN TO DO THE JOB and HE charged me $236.00 !!!

Their tech Rob Vela was respectful and knowledgable. He was professional and gave me a sense that he was honest. I will definitely call again. The prices were not too bad and the customer service was excellent, starting with the person who responded to my call to the tech who repaired my A\C. Thank you.

Jude and Michelet did a great job servicing my unit.

At the install, this year in March everything seemed fine, but when I turned the heat on there was no heat. I called for repair, they were unable to fix and set out a supervisor, after a few hours I was told that there was a problem with the thermostat wire and he was able to use other wires in the bundle and the heat was now working. NOT SO! When I turned on the heat last week the unit kept heating and would not shut off Three times to get it right prompted me to call another A/C company. Bottom line, the thermostat was wired wrong during the install and again on the attempted repair. The tech from the other company corrected the wiring mistake on the thermostat and programmed the thermostat so the air and heat would turn on automatically instead of having to do it manually. GOOD JOB BY MY NEW A/C COMPANY, VERY BAD JOB BY OUR PLACE A.C

Came out the day I called..ac not cooling. James diagnosed loss of freon set up leak test after topping off freon. Josh came out to follow up leak test diagnosed leak.
