Our Place Air covers all things hvac. We had Blown in and full mastic seal on all our ac connections, boots and returns. Great maintenance packages available, lots of discounts with different membership tiers. Install of blown in went smoothly, from R6 to R30.

Our Place's technical rep, Patrick Frank, thoroughly checked out our condo's system and gave us price points for replacing it. A few days later, Our Place's team of Ricky and Kareem arrived May 4, 2020. They laid a tarp to protect the floor and they wore fresh masks (as did we, seniors,) while they worked. It could not have been a better experience. High-5 too for receptionist/appointment manager, Karen, who Cheerfully checked and confirmed several times when to expect Our Place reps.

I had difficulty understanding their process for acquiring and displaying a work permit. The work has been completed and I still have not seen an official permit. and certainly have not acquired a copy The workmen themselves were excellent especially considerate Of not harming or messing up my home and trying not to inconvenience me in anyway
