We have used this firm for some time and have always been happy with the results. Our most recent experience was no different. The technician, Shaun, arrived on time and was extremely thorough in his maintenance routine. He checked everything diligently, including wiring, filters, ducts, compressor, fans, thermostat and drains - inside and out. Shaun was extremely professional and knows his business. We discussed air distribution and duct work and he explained all I needed to know about the way the air is routed throughout the home. I am confident that he could have solved any issues with our system, had there been any. The guy knows his stuff, for sure. Prompt, Professional and advisory.

After a very thorough inspection of our AC and duct work we decided it was not necessary to clean the ducts at this time. The technician did replace a bulb that had gone out in the system. We appreciated that we were not pushed to complete a bigger job.

Everyone was so kind and easy to talk to. John Gross was amazing and quite competent. I had duct work cleaning, insulation blown in and my AC was serviced as well. Workers were courteous, clean, and thorough. Jennifer was also very accommodating. I highly recommend this company. They will service my AC yearly.

A tech showed up, in two hours, to help me with an emergency. I will only use Our Place Air & Home moving forward.

They are not mechanics, they are sales people. Trying to sell you a program more than the product I needed (maybe that?s his commission). Over priced is a understatement, there original price was over $6000 higher than my cost. I got just one straight forward price for the same product with the company I used. There final price was still $2900 more than what it cost me. And the salesman/mechanic?..pushy, very pushy.

Our Place Air scheduled an appt to come out very quickly. John, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable and was determined to fix the issue we were having with our AC drain pan and piping. I feel that he went above and beyond to explain what needed to be done and to make sure that I was happy with the end result. I would definitely use this company again.

Just had Jason here for my twice yearly maintenance work. I subscribe to the Platinum package of service. Jason was extremely professional, wore his mask and booties on his shoes. He changed out the filters. and cleaned the outside and inside drain lines. He checked to make sure my ducts were all good and found that the capacitor needed replaced. He replaced that and confirmed that the air coming from the a/c outlets was true to the temp on the thermostat. All in all this company is awesome! I've had them for a number of years and all of their suggestions for replacements and repairs have helped to lower my electric bills! Great group of people
