leasure to deal with!!!We had used someone else before No Sweat and we were always calling him back ( the other). These people took care of it and now we are NOT SWEATING!!.. If we called with a question he always offered to help over the phone.. A pleasure to deal with. They were at the house for a few hours got right to work and were very thorogh and updated us with all they found!

Our AC stopped working and we called Alan Thrift at No Sweat AC and got immediate service. Alan was very thorough in checking things out and isolated the problem to a high-resistance connection in the fuse panel. Great response time, and we didn't have to buy a new compressor! If you want to support local businesses, please consider using Alan for your heating and AC needs.

Alan came over late on Sunday after another job in the far away land called Davenport. That alone could be a big success, however, he was professional, well spoken and wasn't out to price gouge me. He took his time, was incredibly thorough and identified a problem with the unit in the attic. Alan went above and beyond what was expected. TOP NOTCH experience. I can't say enough good things about him.

Our air conditioning unit failed on a weekend. I used Angies List and another source to get 3 quotes quickly so we could get our house cooled back down. Alan and his team got us a quote on new unit in a short time frame. A couple of the larger companies never even returned our phone call. No Sweat worked late into the night to make sure our job was complete. Alan even helped us with an option that would qualify for the Progress Energy rebate. We would hired them again.
