Cancelled during install. The technician refused to answer my questions and insisted his 30 years experience would get it done. Yet we argued over the line assembly. The first plan would have voided my water main warranty. They also insisted on cash currency for payment. They took the equipment and left.

Excellent customer service. Andy was informative and very helpful with every question we had. This was truly an incredible experience, and we would recommend Andy and New Life Water to anyone interested in improving the quality of water in their home.
