Company is small but they are attentive to the details and answer up front all question. In comparing to other water softener companies we found New Life Water to very up front on the product and what it will do for you. The owner of the company is present at the installation and ensures it is done according to customer s needs and expectations. The pricing was more reasonable than anyone else and the pitch was not high pressure but informative. Installation for us went smoothly within a few hours and we immediately had soft water.
