I am so grateful for finding this company on Home Advisor. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about what he is selling. I have the utmost faith and confidence in both Andy and George when referring this company to anyone I know. George installed the product and Andy was right there for any questions or concerns I may have had. Andy took the time to explain everything and showed me the difference in the water, before and after. I will, no doubt, refer his business!

Andy and the New Life Water team are phenomenal; they took care of not only me as a customer but my home and the lives that live in it. Having moved to the Orlando area recently with my family, we slowly adapted to the environment within the first month, from the Florida heat to the I-4 traffic. However, one difficult change to adapt to was water. Weâ ve heard of hard water as an issue anywhere but didnâ t realize how critical it was here in the central Florida region. We began to see and feel changes in our hair and skin, but also concerning sore throats and to what one would call a seasonal cold. Even more, the most uncomfortable and unsettling discovery was the smell of the water, it was immediate from the sink faucet and in the shower. The scent itself was a deterrence to drinking or cooking with the water . With the lack of knowledge of the type of water our family was exposed to, we sought out water treatment businesses to test and improve our water quality. Throughout our search process, we spoke with different businesses that had a range of price points. A great salesperson is a great salesperson, so we had one company that will remain unnamed, stop by our home to test our water one evening and in that one visit, we were sold on their system for $8,000 and with a next-day installation. We had that sense of urgency like anyone would, wanting water that didnâ t smell or taste horribly. Not the smartest decision, right? Right. It wasnâ t until I had forgotten to cancel our morning water test appointment with New Life Water. Surprisingly, the technician that was to install the system, who didnâ t show up on time was also named Andy, so I welcomed Andy from New Life Water into our home to only realize that he was from the wrong company. Little did I know that Andy and the New Life Water team were going to save my family and me from a decision that we would have regretted. After learning so much more from Andy, I immediately called the unnamed business to cancel the purchase and installation. Andy walked me through whole New Life Water business practices and system installation process in the morning and by the afternoon, Andy was joined by his team member, George to install the system. All in one day, our family and home were taken care of with an incredible team that genuinely cared for the health of our family. New Life Water LLC installed my Whirlpool Softener, Model WHES33. The service was excellent. Andy was very easy to work with and was able to install the softener the same day. The price was very fair and close to the bottom end of what I thought the work should cost. George was the installer. George was very nice to work with too. He knew exactly how to install the unit.
