Pretty good, we liked them a lot when they came out and the work was pretty good.  I had to have them come back to do a little more cleanup but overall very satisfied.  Hired them to maintain the lawn and grounds afterward.  They do a great job with that and are reliable and fair in price.

Owner answered email promptly and came out to view our front yard and get details on what we were looking for. We agreed on the work and price and scheduled the job for the following week. Work was professional, quick, well done and the employee consulted us several times on possible arrangements of the plants to provide the greatest opportunity for input on the design/arrangements.
Choice of plants, owner and employees were all excellent and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for landscaping. 

Bill and his crew arrived on time and when right to work. They finished to the 3-hour special time frame and did an excellent job. Will use them in the future.

I purchased a deal for a day of landscape clean-up. They raked and pulled and the end result was about 30 bags of leave and plants that needed to be replaced. They planted some new plants in their place. I was so happy when I arrived home from work and saw my beautifully transformed yard!

It all worked out really well.

I called Bill for a quote to trim trees / dead limbs at 2 rental properties.  He was quick to to visit both properties and provide a written estimate.  We had a minor misunderstanding w.r.t. work performed at one of the properties -- mostly my fault for not being specific enough.  I don't live in the area and was unable to physically point out the correct tree.  Bill was patient with me and we made arrangements to meet up at the property on a Saturday -- he provided his best professional judgement on how to approach the job and agreed to begin work the following day, Sunday.  I am satisfied with the work performed, price, and overall customer service.  I will certainly call Bill again for future tree service.

Since moving to FL I have dealt with several ?lawn? companies.  Honestly here in central FL there are as many lawn service companies as there are folks living here it seems at times.  Here are the facts of the quality of service I receive form NCG: 1. Always on time 2. Quick, they are in and out. 3. Even though they are quick the quality of work remains excellent!   I have received several comments from neighbors on the quality of my Lawn service.  These guys are great!

They were on time. They did what I asked. They cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job & were cooperative & very good. Best  service in town.l.

They are punctual and get the job done.

Nice guy came out and discussed with us about the labor for landscaping. I felt like we were outside his normal service area and it was a hassle to come out. I requested pricing for materials which I believe to be higher than I can get them for. No hard feelings just don't feel like it will work for us at this time.

Bill from NCG Landscape got back to me right away after I signed up for the Angie's List Deal.  I met with him the same afternoon to review exactly what I wanted done.  He came back later that day and what a difference !!!  The bushes that were growing around the porch were totally removed.  He also cleaned up in the front of the house as well.  Now I have a clean slate to plant what I want to grow there.  Thanks Bill for a very positive experience.

They were very courteous and very quick. He pointed out afterwards that they had missed a couple of spots. That is my biggest complaint. The other complaint is on price, when I researched after the fact, I really did not save that much. I used it within a week or two of purchase. They took closer to 20 or 30 minutes if that much. I do not have a problem with it. If the job only took them 20 minutes, more power to them, I do not have a problem with that at all. My problem was after the fact when all of the branches were down, if I wanted them to haul off the debris that was going to be another $100, to be fair that was stated on the coupon. I knew what I was getting into. That is not a deal and I am now more educated for the next time. I do not feel like I was taken advantage of. They were very professional; they did not waste my time or theirs. They made sure that none of the branches fell into my neighbor’s yard. I appreciated that as well. I would not use them again.

They came on time, on Sat. a.m. about 8 a.m..  There were 3 people.  They pulled weeds, trimmed up the bushes and shrubbery, 
cleaned up inside a screened area and the yard.  They bagged up all the trimmings.  They stayed about 1-1/2 hrs.

Called Bill to come out and do a renovate on my wanna be garden in front of my home. Bill came before the end of the day, took pictures and said he would be back on Saturday to start and it would be done the same day. Not only did he come and do what he said, he cleaned up completely after himself and did a great job. Well done. First class for sure and would highly Recommend them to anyone. Thank you Bill for your wonderful service.

NCG came out on time and did a great job.  They also did a great job cleaning up after their work and there were no added surprises to the previously agreed upon price.  Very fair and professional.

We were very satisfied with NCG. Our yard looks like a different place. We ended up hiring them to do our regular lawn maintenance as well.

Bill Kass and his 3 workers arrived on time. He mentioned that there were going to be extra charges for hauling away debris. I asked him to leave pieces of wood to burn in the firepit. Even so there was an additional charge of $200 for hauling.
I was pleased with the work done on the sweet gum trees, although one still overhangs the roof -- it exceeded the 20' limit. Unfortunately the tree by the drive looks very uneven. Well, butchered. I would have preferred removal of several branches rather than cutting off the limb at the trunk. But I was in the back yard checking on the trimming of the bamboo.
Too much was going on at the same time for me to keep track of it all. Also some pine mulch and some lirope I had dug for transplanting got scooped up during their cleanup. And someone smashed a glass landscape light which was not in the work area or pathway. I still have not found the glass. I was able to retrieve the lirope.
All in all, I'm not sure this Big Deal was such a good deal. Next time I'll definitely engage a tree professional.

The work was done well and to my liking. The crew was very responsive to my requests and added more to the project as I asked. They often asked if I were pleased with their progress and if I would like other work done. They were pleasant to talk to as they worked.

They were late and eager to quit early. The service was purchased through an Angie's List coupon. When we pressed for them to complete per the terms they complied without complaint and gave a fair honest effort for the entire contracted period. They worked until the end of the 90 minute period.

Bill and his crew are always on time,friendly,meticulous, and go over and above.
