The crew was able to start four days early and finish two days ahead of schedule! Considering how overgrown it was, not an easy task The area around the townhouse looks double the size. The shrubs and trees look great, and the new plantings are the clean fresh look I wanted. The cleanup left everything perfect, not a twig out of place.

We had called another company for an estimate and they never even called back.  We called Bill and he was at our home to give us an estimate within an hour!!!
We contracted with him for the work and he said he would be at our home a few days later at 8:00 am, and he and his crew arrived promptly.
He came when he said would, did the work when he said he would, and did an exceptional job.  He was happy to accomodate our particular needs and requests.
We are very happy with him and his crew and his work.  We highly recommend his company.

Bill was very communicative prior to the appointment and project went smoothly. No complaints on my end. I found the fee very fair when compared to other quotes I secured from local landscaping providers.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a very good experience.  They showed up every two weeks as instructed, but they did very little in terms of removing weeds and didn't really seem to understand what I had asked of them.  Furthermore, their weed treatment killed a few bushes which I now need to replace.

I orginally purchased a deal for curb appeal. Bill Kass was very quick to respond to my purchase and arranged to meet a couple of days later. Bill informed me that the deal was not going to cover all that I wanted which was okay with me. I asked him for ideas and he made some suggestions. I told him about a problem I have been having for years with water backing up onto my back patio and along the house. He suggested a drain to help with that. A couple of days later I got the estimate for the cost and a list of plants. After some thought I agreed. Now, I had no idea what it was going to look like but I liked what Bill had picked out. Today they came out and did the work. I am so pleased with the results my yard looks beautiful now. The crew was outstanding and worked without a break till it was done. All of the guys were very proud of their work and it shows. Bill was there the entire time which was good in case I had any questions. I can't begin to tell you how glad I am that I hired NCG landscaping. Not only did everything look good they also did a great job of cleaning up and one of the guys edged around my yard. Wasnt expecting that. So Bill, guys thank you again!

Also not long after they left one of my neighbors remarked how beautiful the landscaping was and asked for their name, gladly gave it.

The service turned out good. There weren't any extra charges after they came. We had to delay the scheduling. They were willing to do what we asked them to do, and they worked from the time they arrived, until the time was up, in terms of the time we had purchased with them. They worked hard, they did not take a break.

Bill Kass is a highly professional, dedicated and conscientious provider that cares about his customers and his work.  Services for my home included weekly yard maintenance, exterior lighting, shrubbery removal and maintenance, driveway repair due to tree root damage and other unique and varied services pertaining to yard maintenance.  I was extremely impressed within his candor and guidance. I asked him to bid on a project that would eliminate the drainage problem in my back yard and he came back to me and said that he could not fix the problem without a tremendous expense on my part and he could not guarantee the outcome.  I highly recommend his work to anyone.  He is a quality individual who I have the upmost respect and confidence in.

All appointments and dates were kept and it looks great. Prompt and frequent communication. The experience was great and the results were too!

Bill came on time Saturday and provided a quote for the work above. He said he could probably start Wednesday but then later said he had someone available the following day on Sunday. He and a colleague came promptly at 8 am on Sunday and started to work. He was completely done by 11:30 am having cut all the trees and even more than what we agreed upon. He also pruned an extra tree for no extra charge. He cleaned up everything and took away all the debris. He was prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. He and his colleague did not take a break and worked straight for three and a half hours. While he may be a little more costly, he was worth the price because he went the extra mile so I would definitely hire him again and strongly recommend him.

They did an amazing job! The guys came on the weekend and completely tore up and removed all existing vegetation in our front yard. All that was left was dirt. A few days later they came and laid the Argentine variety of Bahia sod over the ~ 3000 ft. yard. I was skeptical about sod, having previously seen some poor installations. When they first laid the sod, it had 1-2" gaps, but I was assured these would grow in.
Sure enough, the sod grew in very well and all gaps were filled, creating a seamless, beautiful lawn over the course of a few months. We watered it every day for about a month, and then only every three days for a couple more months. We waited to mow it for about 2 months, until we couldn't lift it at all when we tugged on the grass (as instructed.) By the time the summer rains came, we stopped watering altogether, and the grass grew in very strong and lush.
This was nine months ago, and just last week the mail lady told us we had "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LAWN" she'd seen this time of year anywhere. We have to admit, it looks amazing!!! They did a phenomenal job, and with a little extra care from us over the year, we finally have a beautiful lawn for the first time in our lives :-) Thanks NGC!!!

I bought a prepaid voucher but was told it would cost more to do the job. They did a good job of removing the tree and cleaning up the branches. I did not expect to pay more than the voucher.

trimmed all I asked. Piled them where i asked..offered to haul away at extra charge..very reasonable price for hourly after initial work which was part of a deal

I recently moved into a new home with terrible landscaping and I was having a hard time getting anyone in the area, including my regular landscaper, to call me back for a redesign.  I found NCG on Angie's List and left a message for Bill to call me back.  He returned my call immediately and came out the next evening to take pictures of my property.  He said he would come back with a design by Monday or Tuesday and by Tuesday morning he called to ask if he could come out after work to discuss.  I hired him immediately.  They started work that Thursday and by Sunday afternoon the entire job was completed!!  I have never worked with a more professional, courteous group of people.  Bill was there every day and his crew was there from morning to night each day.  They were respectful and cleaned up each night before they left.  My yard looks AMAZING and Bill has been out every day since, checking the lights and fixing sprinklers that needed to be adjusted.  Needless to say, I have fired my landscaper and NCG is now doing my regular weekly maintenance.  Hi HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.  Thanks Bill and team!!!

They did what we agreed upon and then some.  Bill would periodically check with me to make sure that I was satisfied.  Everything I pointed out was immediately taken care of.  There were no hidden or added charges.  Crew was polite and professional.

I emailed NCG and asked if they did work in my area, South Orlando. Bill contacted me and informed me that due to the distance, they only did jobs which were a certain size. After explaining the work we needed, he scheduled an appointment to some and look at our project. He arrived early (as he did for every one of our arranged meetings) and we walked and talked about problems, options and possible solutions. 
Within a few days we received a detailed invoice spelling out the charges for each of the services and decided to delay some plantings until next year. The following week, we scheduled a time for the crew to come to the house. Due to the size of the project, it was decided to do the work over 2 weekends. 
The first week all of the overgrown plant material was removed and the borders installed. The drain was complete and most of the mulching was completed. I could see at the point I had made a good decision. All of the work was quality, exactly as described or even with some added design touches which someone who knows their job can add to a project. After a large rain the over the week, we noticed that some of the mulch was washing away. Bill suggested installing a border along the area and I agreed with just a small increase in the contract price for the labor and materials. 
For the completion of the project, scheduling did not allow us to be home when the work was set to be completed. Bill wanted to walk through the property and inspect it with me to insure all work was satisfactory. I assured him that after the work the first week, I was confident that he would complete the job to my satisfaction.
When we returned home, we walked around our house. We have the landscaping that we wanted when we tried to complete this project 10 years ago and never finished. Things are better than we thought they could look. Even some extras were included like adding stone to some beds to even out the appearance or trimming up some of the crepe myrtles to make they look neat.
Now, the price isn't cheap. I've dealt with several landscape contractors in the past. Some less expensive than others. I was given a palm tree which wasn't the one I ordered. I had to call back several times to get promised work done because they forgot to write it on the order given to the work crew. For me, it was well worth it for the confidence that all the work would be completed as asked and at a level equivalent to the price charged.
I plan to ask them back again when I need some more work done.

I've been using Bill for about 4 years now I think...it took me a while to get on the Friday schedule but I stayed with him and he finally me worked me on.  He comes every Friday morning during moving season and I think every other week or 3rd week in the winter... anyway I have a very small yard and have some offers to do it cheaper, but I would never switch.  The assistant Bill has now is very nice and they do a great job.  They are in and out and my yard always looks manicured.  I'm so happy I have this service to rely and ease one of burdens of taking care of a house and yard.

The guys were punctual and professional. They quickly went to work when they arrived, then worked quickly and efficiently to accomplish all they could in the time frame I had purchased. They did a fantastic job.

I asked them to do my yard and they were just too expensive so I switched to a different provider. They were extremely professional. The crew was extremely professional and didn't look like a bunch of bums. They worked hard. I don't think they spent enough time on the property for what they charged. They did a pretty good job when I had them. I've already found alternatives to do the same amount of service and more for half the price. I would use them again depending on the price.

Be careful with that one guys.  Way overpriced.  I had weeds all over my front and back lawn but there was grass there as well.  I thought they do spraying or something to get rid of them, but his answer on repair of lawn was to do a complete sprinkler system, trim trees, remove all grass and shrubs and replant all new.  Cost $12-15K and all I wanted to do was to kill some weeds :)
I would not use them at all for sure.  I felt very uncomfortable, couldn't get in touch with the guy for a couple of days and he wouldn't return calls to schedule.  They may do some high end service well, but for me regular folk, this was way too much. My grass looks a lot better now and I am just using a little sprinkler head thingy hooked up to my hose for $39.99 :)  A lot cheaper then $15K.
