The repair went fine. The tech was able to come over the same day and was able to fix the dryer at a reasonable price. The tech was very courteous and informative. The dispatcher was very cooperative. Both were very professional.

Tech diagnosed problem and resolved it quickly. He told us what to do to avoid the problem in the future. Told me the coils weren’t very dirty and didn’t need to be cleaned yet. They will call me again in six months for scheduled maintenance. Tested and replaced one capacitor stating the other was working fine.
