Waiting another 8 to 12 weeks to start project, not my choice. No monies expended.

They measured the opening for the shower door and then had to order a custom made door without additional cost to me. When I noticed some water outside the door, they came back promptly and resealed it. The shower looks great and I am very pleased with the job they did.

I had my windows and sliding doors installed on 01/30/2019. I am very impressed with the quality of windows and doors. I am extremely satisfied with the installers Mike and Mike. They did an extremely GREAT JOB!!! They really take pride in there work. They cleaned up after themselves and left NO MESS at all. Thank you MIKE and MIKE FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!! And Thank you, Morgan, for having GREAT installers working for you!!

the windows are excellent quality, the work crew who installed them were polite, efficient, cleaned the work site after they were done & were very knowledgeable & took their time with each window to make sure each was installed correctly--morgan's finance plan is great too!--we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with morgan exteriors!

Our new windows are beautiful & were installed by very efficient, professional and pleasant workers. The new windows have made a difference in noise reduction and help with the efficiency of our air conditioning. The vinyl siding was also installed by very professional workers, who were perfectionists. Their attention to detail resulted in an awesome finished project. Last but not least, were the painters, who painted the remaining wood trim and concrete block beautifully with brushes. They were fast, meticulous, and neat. All the workers that Morgan Exteriors sent out were extremely professional and nice to deal with. They all truly seemed to care about making us happy. The whole exterior makeover of our house was a little slow getting started, but we appreciated the Office Administrator so much for responding to my update requests and getting things rolling. The beautiful final result of our project was well worth the wait. The lovely difference is so noticeable, that several neighbors have come down to inquire about the company who did our work and one neighbor already signed a contract with Morgan Exteriors to do work on her house.

The remodel is very well done which deserved a 5 stars, however rated 4.50 stars due to not satisfied with time it took to complete project per contract.

They provided me with unbelievable service! They were so nice, Stephanie at the office was incredibly kind and understanding. They were professional from start to finish. I had to leave because of a fiasco with the dog, but they came back and finished the job on a Saturday with no extra charge. I don't have enough good things to say about them! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I did have my share of problems with the process, however Morgan Exteriors, was very diligent in correcting any issues and making sure that I was satisfied in the end. Great Customer Service and I am appreciative of the lengths that they went to in order to make sure the job was sufficient and complete. I am one very happy customer. I am sure I will be using them again :)

The service guy was very friendly and nice and installed side/ kitchen door and he put the studs for the shutter on every window and he numbered the shutters. I have no complaints regarding the above information. What I do complain about is they are very expensive. The sales guy promised someone would go around every window and add caulking to all my windows to make sure they are sealed. He also stated someone would come out and inspect the door to make sure it was installed properly and that was untrue. When I purchased another door from a competitor they put sealant in all the holes where the screws were so it would look more clean and nice. I called and spoke to someone at Morgan Exteriors and they stated they will not be sending anyone else out and I would need to purchase some sealant and do it myself. Ugh. For the amount of money I spent I should have just went to Home Depot. This was a very expensive lesson learned.. Shop around..

The work and materials are good quality. But: 1.The sales person did not know the product they sell. I had in mind a 19 inch soaking tub which he promised, but later it turned out they do not have a soaking tub that would fit in my space. Big disappointment and if I knew that I would not have signed for the job right there, on the spot, but would check with other providers or go with a least expensive solution. 2. They only sent one installer to do the bathroom remodel. The same person did the walls and plumbing and he had to carry the bathtub and the walls all by himself. In my past experience this was the work for two people.

He impressed us straight away with his politeness, respectfulness and his warm and unassuming manner. It became clear very quickly that Bruce also has good knowledge about Morgan Exterior’s bathroom and window products/services. This made the search for contractors for our remodeling project faster and easier. Bruce has been with us every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. He gladly returned to our house to give us another demonstration of Morgan Exterior's products and services. He helped us stay on track and focused on our home improvement goals. Bruce's professionalism, knowledge and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We have never felt that he was just trying to sell us a bathroom or a kitchen remodeling product/service, but that he was a mentor, ready and willing to help us to make the best decision for our family. Without a doubt, we would want to work with Bruce again in our future home projects."

The 2 installers were very professional, did a very good job, cleaned up as they worked. I was very pleased with their work.

Morgan Exteriors did a fantastic job of refacing our existing cabinets and installing new ones. The transformation is incredibly beautiful. During the planning stage and throughout the job, Adrianno was always available to answer our questions and never once failed to answer a phone call or text. The Sesame finish cabinets he helped us select are exactly what he promised they would be. Morgan Exteriors'installer, Brent is my new super hero. Most important, Brent is a absolute wizard in making things fit the way they should. The new cabinets look exactly like the resurfaced ones, and the gorgeous quartz countertops tie it all together. We could not be more pleased.

I'm extremely happy with Morgan Exteriors' installation of impact-resistant windows and sliding glass doors for my entire house (21 windows and 8 slider panels). The installation crew - Greg, Wayne, and David - did superb work. They took extra care with every aspect of the installation, down to the smallest detail. They worked tirelessly, some days with very long hours, and always had a cheerful attitude. They took their time to ensure that everything was done in a quality manner. When they were done, nothing looked like a replacement or add-on; everything looked like the house had been designed and built with these windows and doors. At least 4 neighbors stopped to see if this crew would do work for them. Morgan Exteriors will be my first choice for any future projects, and I'll definitely be asking for this installation team again!

good work but cost more than expected

Right now I am writing a review on our salesman, Bruce Lee. The work has not been done as yet. Bruce was awesome, well prepared and able to answer all our questions and give helpful ideas. He was not pushing us to buy anything we did not need or want. We are very comfortable with out decision to go with Morgan Exteriors. I will write another review once the work is done. I have complete confidence it will be an excellent installation.

They are wonderful company and I would recommend the to anybody who needs work done.
