After use of gentle use [we are 82 years old and don't jump on furniture] the fabric is peeling and cracking. It looks terrible. Like something Goodwill would turn down. When we went back to the store we were told that the warranty only applied to the frame and springs, not to upholstery. They would only repeat that your problem is not covered. I have had many recliners in my 82 years, and never had one look this bad in such a short time. I
filed a report with the BBB which resulted in a call from the company that said sorry but the upholstery is not covered by the warranty and there is nothing we can do. My reply was that that didn't help me with recliners that looked like a cast out, but it did confirm that I will shop elsewhere in the future and advice everyone I can that Kane's furniture warranty means nothing!! Do NOT believe the TV adds!!.
