I hired Oscar for fixing the lights and he charged me $100 for repalce U-Shaped Flourescent lamp socket holder but the very next day it's bronken !!!! called him back about this lousy job and he refused to come back and fix it ???? i felt like i've been robbed for this job. Everyone should be aware of this if hiring him. Bad Job.

He was prompted to respond and came over next day to repair plumbing leak in the wall. It was not a easy task. He had to bust the block to get to the leak that saturated the rug. He had to get creative for a repair was done before and had to work with the patch pipe fittings of copper & plastic. He will be back to plaster the large hole and create a easy access panel for future.
