Failed to schedule a time to do an estimate and instead just showed up at my property without my permission. Since they didn't speak with me prior to doing an estimate they gave a completely useless estimate since they estimated work that I was not looking to have done or fix. I could also tell they didn't take the time to look at the gutters I already had. Who just shows up at a home without even asking what work the owner is interested in having done?

I got the 7 inch gutters. They were very cost effective and punctual. I am happy with their work.

We would have gone with them but there price was higher than another company that we ended up going with. However, they were very professional and would recommend them if the price is right.

The gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They knew what they were doing and did an excellent job.

The office kept giving me the run around about them not being on time and that they were not aware that I needed to be their first call. It was frustrating because I had to take time off of work to be there.

We have a very challenging gutter system due to a sloped roof to a flat roof, to another flat roof carport. The original install by another company 3 years ago was terrible and have had problems ever since with leaks. Gutter King rep visited and offered some solutions and they scheduled job the next week. Crew was very friendly and adjusted our gutters, added some downspouts, and repaired. Right after they left it rained and all worked good. We discovered a leak on one corner and think it is because the caulking never dried before it rained. Will call them next week about the leak and update.

He worked in a timely fashion and charged a fair price.

I was not home at the time, however after two months we had seasonal downpors which required adjustments. They responded quickly and to my satisfaction. They are very reasonably priced, good job Gutter King.

I did alot of research and price quotes for new gutters, and Gutter King quoted the best price and options compared to several other companies. They were professional, prompt and finished the job without issues, and received what was quoted. I would recommend them and use them again.

We were looking to add gutters to our 11 year old house while some improvements were being made. I contacted several companies requesting quotes for gutters for the entire house, a 2600 sq ft, one story residence. I received quotes from $915 to $2,200 and decided to go with Gutter Kings as a couple of friends had work done with them and they were happy with the results. I must say, if they had not told me the day they were coming out I would probably would not have noticed right away. Not only were they there on the day promised but after all the work was done they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no visible debris around my home. The gutters were made on site and matched my paint to a tee. I would highly recommend Gutter King for their efficient and professional manner. Their prices were the lowest of the quotes that I received and their service was beyond reproach.

Al came to the house and did the estimate while we were at work. Price came in below the competition. A few days later, my husband and I discussed a couple of things with Al on the phone and after being satisfied with the explanation, we were on our way. The install was scheduled promptly, actually the very next day after we spoke to Al. When we got home from work that afternoon, there was no trace that anything had been installed as it was completely cleaned up...and believe me, my husband searched the grounds!!! The product looks great so now we're waiting for the rain to come!!At this time, we are extremely impressed with their level of service.

Over all...close to perfect! We have not had a lot of rain but the little bit that we had.... all seems well. I know I can call if I have any concerns. I am sure thay would correct it if necessary.

Their price was fair and the salesman is very friendly and professional. The workmanship was very good. They had replaced my gutters when I first moved into my home and when I needed them again I found them on Angie's List. The gutter covers they installed were very poorly installed. I ended up having to fix every single one of them.

Did not use Gutter King (went with another company), but it was a tough call. Gutter King was very professional and actually the least expensive.

Initially the installlation went well. There was one gutter that was leaking but they came back and fixed it. They were responsive and did a good job. We would use them again.

The set of gutters they replaced has lasted since 1998. The service was good, the staff is friendly and I think the price was fair.

The workers arrived earlier than expected, and worked quickly. They were done just as I arrived at the scheduled start time. Don't ask me how they expected to get paid if I wasn't there. I noted bad responsiveness, because they were not clear and forthcoming in their communication about scheduling. When we provided them with the signed contract, we expected a fairly prompt response scheduling the job in about two weeks. After more than a week had passed without contact from them, I called to see when the job would be done. They said it would be done the day after next. Then they told me that they usually don't call to schedule unitl the day before. Fortunately, the scheduled day was a Saturday and I could be there to monitor the project. However, one day's notice isn't enough, and they need to be clear about that scheduling up front. I would have given them an A on quality, but they didn't provide me with a sample of the leaf guard material, and it wasn't what I expected from their description, nor was it the type I repeatedly told them I preferred. The material used is acceptable, but not at the price they charged, which is more than the retail cost of my preferred material. I realize it is my failure not to insist on seeing a sample of the product before agreeing to the project, but don't tell me a salesman can't carry a two foot piece of aluminum in their car. They know what they are installing is not premium grade product, and I think they are deliberately attempting to conceal that fact. That is also why they don't get an A on price or professionalism. If quality were divided between materials and workmanship, they would definitely get an A on workmanship.

Left an estimate at the door. They had the best price from several vendors that I called for an estimate. Responded rapidly, professionally, and gave a schedule for installation in the next week. Did a great job -- high quality work which looks great. Made a second visit to extend the length of some returns/ run-offs to my preference.

Asked and received an estimate, left it at the door as requested. went with another company due to price.
