Description of Work: Fields Appliance is one of the companies that Lowes uses for their appliance warranties. They came to repair a front load washing machine. They had to come 3 times, once to diagnose the problem, once to bring the parts to "fix" the problem, and another time to fix the problem they created. They actually did need to come a 4th time after my laundry room floor was flooded one week later, but I insisted that Lowes use another company. The second company diagnosed the flooding issue, and said one of the parts was installed improperly. Fields did an absolutely horrendous job, and I would consider not buying appliances from Lowes, since they use this company to deal with their warranty issues. Fields caused nothing but issues, and actually cost me money due to the flooding.
