The whole experience went well. I was very satisfied even thought the job was not perform. Very professional and very punctual.

Our water heater wasn't working one night. I called Ferran and they came the next day and replaced the part the same day.

Work was a day faster than expected and included system balancing. They were very thorough and did a good job.

It was a great install. Had a complete overhaul. They replaced duct work, and heat pump. Did modifications on a drain for me as well. The service rep was excellent and very knowledgeable. I liked him very much

We needed routine maintenance on our AC system. After checking with Angie's List, we went with Ferran. We scheduled the service and they came on time, completed the maintenance promptly. He then made system recommendations, however, advised we could wait on the upgrades, which was very honest.

Extremely well - I was very happy with the services provided by Dan and when I have plumbing needs in the future, will be asking for Dan by name. He was prompt, polite and very professional. He was very tidy as he worked and all I was left with was working equipment - nothing to clean up or attend to as a result of the work completed. The repairs were also very reasonably priced.

Showed up on time. Tech had 15 year exp in the field and found the problem quickly. We were expecting a big extensive repair, but was a simple fix for an experienced tech.

Everything was good. They gave me a quote, came out over the weekend, and fixed the problem. I liked the technician. He was friendly and gave me some good advice. He didn't charge me on anything.

The service was outstanding. It was not difficult to schedule. I would use them again.

A friend told me about 3M window film. She told me that she had the film put in her home a few months ago was pleasantly surprised on how well it performed. I was intrigued and did some research and found out that the company who did our duct replacement Ferran Services had recently became a 3M dealer. I was so pleased at the work they had done on the duct seal that i wanted to give them my business again. I called up and they were as pleasant as ever. The young men who came out to do our estimate was Wonderful!. He was professional, and courteous. Explained all the different options of the films and helped me decide which would best fit my needs. He used a heating lamp and UV display which helped me too see how much heat and UV rays in percentage the film actually eliminated. This made it easier for me to see just how well these films worked. The Ferran technicians who came to do the install were AWESOME! They showed up on time and showed me just how everything worked from the cleaning process all the way to the application of the films. I will definitely use Ferran again and I strongly recommend them.

He did good job. He was prompt and professional.

I called the power company, they called back and told me that a rep from Ferran would be by that same morning and he showed up within an hour and checked everything. Made some calls to obtain authorization to replace one of the special power regulating boxes that had shorted out and proceeded to replace it quick, test the water heater system and also check the other two boxes in house that regulates power for the energy company. The rep was very professional, explained all that happened and what he did, proved me a chart explaining what the power regulator boxes actually did and I signed off ton the job. Quick, Painless and professional.

Had a great experience with Ferran. John F. showed on time, repaired a number of items, told me where to get replacement parts needed (said I could buy them cheaper at Home Depot than them getting them from plumbing supply house), and then came back a second day and installed the parts. They did a great job at a fair price. I definitely would use them again.

Rodney Purper was an excellent service person. He came out, looked at the problem and gave me some options. I chose to purchase a new faucet. He came back the next day to install it. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and professional.

We called the company to report a leak, they responded very quickly and told me where the leak was, what was required to fix, and the cost. I was very happy with the service this company provided and the professionalism they showed.

The technician, Dan, was excellent. He was on time and performed many services for my mom. There had not been any plumbing done in a very long time in her home; and he fixed all of the plumbing problems in her house. He communicated with me frequently regarding the different costs and things that needed to be done in the house. Having visited about a month prior to the repairs, they were all warranted and needed. Dan was very respectful with my mom and went out of his way to help her. I would definitely recommend Dan to my friends and family.

The employee was courteous and arrived when scheduled.

Ferran estimator showed up on time and efficiently took us through the service, estimate and how to utilize the power company rebate. We made appointment that day with the estimator and the service crew showed up on time and performed the work with a minimum of disruption to us and appears to have done a very thorough job. I would use Ferran again.

My appointment was for them to arrive between 1-3pm. I had to call the company at 3pm to find out what was going on. Told me the technician was nearby and wrapping up. I called again around 5pm. Very disappointing communications to me. The technician finally showed up at 6pm. After the conversation my 18 year old daughter said that even she could tell from his tone, ec. That he didn't want to do the work; I can understand, however, the technician said it would take him 5-6 hours to complete and that he didn't have the parts - it was a pretty basic install a kitchen sink install. Hard to believe him. He did give me an estimate of $500-600 to do the work. I ended up calling the company on Saturday to cancel my Monday reschedule. Had to leave a message with their answering service. They called on Monday (obviously they didn't get the message) to advise me that the technician was on their way to the house. I explained I called Saturday; he abruptly ended the call. Didn't ask me why or anything. Obviously he didn't care about the service I received. Btw, I got another plumber to come out the next day who charged me only $400 (on a Saturday too). Terrible experience with Ferran

Jesse, the service manager, handled the management of my project perfectly. Jesse gave me a price and the installer held to it. I had a lot of questions for both Jesse and the plumber were patient with answering them to my satisfaction. I had a whole house water filter system installed that I supplied. Every stage from initial contact by email thru the end of the job was handled with utmost professionalism and I will not hesitate to consider them "my plumbing company" for future needs.

I called this provider because my AC was running all the time and the house was not cooling. The technician stated I needed freon. He went to his vehicle stated he weighed the freon container added the freon, went back to his vehicle weighed it again and stated he added 3 lbs. I gave the technician my credit card for the payment and he wrote it on the invoice. About two months later I get a nasty letter with an invoice from the company stating I had not paid. I called the company and was told only one person could handle the situation and she was at lunch, so I left a voice mail. After not receiving a return call I again called and was told she was on the phone I left another voice mail, still no return call. So I called back again. When I explained the situation she hung up on me so I called back and asked to speak to the manager or owner I was told someone would call me back. Finally the person in credit, Michelle Raver called me back and when I explained the situation she hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak with the owner Mr.Marmetchke who finally spoke with me. He stated he would look into the problem. About an hour later he called back he stated the technician wrote down the wrong credit card number, when his employees in credit tried to contact me they had the wrong phone number had had left many messages on this wrong number about me. Which everyone in the Ferran company thought was just so funny laughing the whole time. With in a week my credit card company, the one that the tech supposely wrote down the wrong number and the one the credit pesonnel left messages about on the wrong voice mail, sent me a text about unusual purchases, approximately $5000.00 worth. I had take time off work to sign affidavits, get police reports, endure the cost of joining lifelock. In addition, my house was still not cooling so I had another company service my AC when I told him the problem with Ferran's he stated that a good technician would have insisted that I watch he weight the freon container before and after because that is one of the biggest scams in the AC business. And they changed me interest!!!
