More electrical issues started to happen and local power company truck pulls up to home 2 doors down so that was interesting. I grabbed my multi meter and for grins just checked the power coming out of the wall plug and found it was only 65 volts instead of the 120v expected, I walked down to the power company truck and found out 3 of us were in the same low volt problem, bad transformer.
So I called back to Facility Pro to cancel the trouble tech visit since we found the problem, guess what, just incase this low volt issue caused a problem with my AC unit they still wanted to have the tech come by just in case..they did not want me to be without AC after the power problem was fixed, HOLY COW, someone looking out for me, nice touch and the tech would call when heading my way.
Well the power got fixed and my AC come on and worked without issue, tech called and I thanked him for the follow thru but I was comfortable the AC unit was working well and I would call Facility Pro in a couple months to come out and do annual maintenance on the unit for being around and caring about ME.
Nice Job and looking forward to the tune up next month.
Excellent customer service and on the ball company.

After a few days, I called Walter to get clarification about certain A/C terms/notes he had written long hand on the Angie List Big Deal offer (I am not that technically literate). I requested that he email me a proposal wherein he could amplify/clarify. Being efficient like he is, he was eager to comply with my request the next day. After a few days, I emailed him requesting answers to a few more points. He responded amicably with another email listing his answers to my latest request.
It was about this time, the long time friend and A/Contractor I had informed Walter about called and asked me if he could submit a proposal. I said Yes. I called Walter to discuss a few minor things and I alerted him that the long time friend was, in fact, going to submit a "competitive" proposal. Walter was understanding and not surprised as I alerted him to this possibilility at our first meeting. Later, he sent me another email (with a refined proposal) asking if there is anything else I needed clarification about. I said no and I complimented him on his thoroughness and congeniality.
In the meantime, I had received the proposal from the competition and the back and forth process began with him. I stayed up late re-reading each proposal and finally decided on the A/C contractor and close friend of the family. I tried to be fair and make my decision on the details of each proposal.
I then had to make that tough phone call to Walter. He accepted it like the gentleman he is. I sincerely recommend Facility Pro Tech to any one who needs a very competent company which offers a wide range of professional services over and above air conditioning systems.
Walt came to my home at the time agreed and reviewed my old system and explained what product could replace it. I said did not want another Trane but his special of the Ruud 3 ton. He answered my questions about the difference between a regular condenser and a heat pump and if necessary.
Also we discussed the programmable thermostat and he suggested a swap out so I could have regular one without internet services.
"IT's unfortunate that this happened. This member is the Property Manager and managing from out of town. His attempt to schedule us without his tenants on line is often hit and miss. Our attempts to contact the tenant was unsuccessful, therefore cancelled, and the technician was diverted to another customer in need. This member mentioned the tenant may be dealing in illegal products and may be the cause they don't answer the phone. The followup conversation to reschedule obviously did not go well. Threats to produce a bad review generally do not go well for anyone. It is always our goal to provide a Great service for a Reasonable price."
"Thank you soo much for a wonderful review. It's always our goal to provide quality service. That's what creates a satisfied customer. This customer has realized the pricing for Home automation has reached an affordable level, which now suites her short term rental business. Once again, Thank you."
"Anything less than an 'A' is troubling to us. We love our business and contact our customers ASAP. Unfortunately, we have no record of this member contacting us and suspect they may have misplaced this review by accident. I thank Angies List for their efforts on trying to contact this member and get it cleared up. If this customer would like to contact us we would be happy to provide them the Stellar Award winning service Angies List knows we have."
