I have been using ECD now for approx a year and a half and I am always satisfied with the job the do! My carpets are so clean and smell so nice when they finish the job! Isai is always professional and always gives me the total price before they start the job. I am completely satisfied with this carpet cleaning service and would highly recommend! Prices are very fair for the work they do and they are friendly and accommodating to my needs.

Very nice people but had to cal them back out to redo much of it. Also don't think the areas cleaned by this method are as clean as previous methods used.

It went great they were on time which I never expect and they worked quickly. The technician did a great job with the stains they are completely gone The best part was that the carpets weren't super wet when they left as with other cleaning companies I've used in the past. I will definitely use them again.

I called several weeks ago as we wanted a specific date for the cleaning as we were having visitors coming from out of town. They easily agreed to the date and Isaiah and his assistant actually showed up slight early. This was greatly appreciated as I had other things I needed to do. They were very efficient as Isaiah cleaned the carpets while his helper took the furniture out on the patio and cleaned it. The whole job was done in just over an hour and I was very pleased with the results. They gave me instructions about keeping our dog off the carpets and furniture for at least two hours as the oil in the dogs coat can react with the chemicals they use to clean and cause spots to reappear. Isaiah was very personable and professional. Would recommend him to anyone for service.

I had a rental condo with a short turnaround time between tenants. I called Elite ChemDry and they were able to work with my tight time frame. I also had to work around other work ongoing in the condo and other appointments. They were able to work around all of that and found a time that would work. And on the day that they were scheduled to come, they called to say they could come a little early, and as I was on my way back from an appointment, I was able to let them in to get started a little early. They were quick and professional. The carpets were clean and dry very quickly, which was key, due to the other work being done in the condo around the same time. I would call them again.

I set up an appt for service the first week of May. The day they were to come out They did not show; when I called they told me one of their trucks broke down and they could come out later that evening. I waited till 8pm when he called and said they wouldnt be able to make it. I set up another appt for today. They called me at 2 pm for my 4pm appt to let me know that one of their trucks was having car trouble and they would not be able to come out. I will use a different company that is reliable.

They arrived on time and did a great job. I was able to get the job scheduled really quickly after my initial call to the company. The technicians were very polite and answered all my questions. It was a very positive experience and I will definitely use this company again. They had a three room special running and did the hallway without any additional charge.

It went Excellent overall! In fact we had a rust stain on our carpet that 4 other carpet cleaners could not remove. I asked this gentleman if he could remove it. He said for a small additional fee he would try and if it did not come out I did not have to pay. Well needless to say it did come out and that was the best money we ever spent. I would definitely use them again.

Appointment was setup easily over the phone with a competivie price.
Isaaih arrived with 2 other guys and started promptly.
Even though i moved a lot of the furniture myself, they said they would have done it for me. So i'll know for future.
They got straight down to business and worked around the remaining furniture, moving it around as necessary to leave no carpet un-attended to.
I found a few small spot's which i pointed out to them at the end, and even after trying to remove with a special cleaning product, it wouldn't come off. Permanent damage to the carpet unfortunately but really not that noticable and nothing more they could do.
They did a very good job andwe were happy we decided to go with Chem Dry.
I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Chemdry Carpet Cleaning has been around for over 30 years with the same consistent formula and cleaning method that has given our customers satisfaction throughout the years. Chemdry's hot carbonation method cleaning utilizes a very minimal amount of water. Our cleaning method allows carpet, upholstery or area rugs to dry within one to two (1-2) hours depending on the amount of solution that the cleaning required. Our one to two (1-2) hour dry time guarantee, is based on a regularly maintained area (carpet, area rugs, upholstery), and as such would not require any additional solution above and beyond the standard amount or spot cleaning at the time of service. We understand that you purchased a cleaning from us at the promotional price of $99.00 which included three (3) rooms. Although, we only cleaned one (1) room, our customers have the option to add any additional rooms up to three (3) rooms or up to 450 sq. ft. for this price. Our minimum price, so that we may continue servicing our customers with excellent quality and customer service, is $99.00. We would appreciate the opportunity to revisit and correct any issues pertaining to reoccurring spots. However, it is not possible for us to guarantee total color/texture restoration upon our revisit due to the nature of certain stains or spots. The company was very responsive and did the job immediately (the next morning) after I placed an afternoon request for services. I live out of town and was very relieved to satisfy my tenant, who said the carpets looked great! These were pretty old and soiled carpets that I probably should have replaced, so this company saved me money!

I liked everything about them. They were great. I think their honesty about the conditioner of the carpets and what they could do with it was good. We are in a rental house and are under a contract. He did everything he could and wrote that down so that we were covered when the owner came down.

They were wonderful. I was very pleased with them. There was nothing they could do better. I had the same guy come 4 or 5 times over the past couple of years. He was always on time, he was very pleasant. The fee was reasonable and he did a good job. He was not in a hurry. He also does not take a lot of my time because I have to take off to my work when I have an appointment like that. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

I called Elite ChemDry to dry clean our carpet. I advised them I had some pretty bad pet stains and wasn't sure they could get them up. My carpet had not been cleaned in a very long time and we had an area with extensive pet stains. Nick from Elite ChemDry did a phenomenal job at my home. In addition, we have a couch, chair and ottoman that are 29 years old and Nick made them look brand new. I am very impressed with the service I received and particularly with Nick who was polite and professional. I highly recommend them and in fact have given their number to friends already.
