This company was recommended by my plumbing contractor. When the shower and bathroom floors retiling was complete, it looked good. So I paid for the work. About six months later, I noticed that some of the grout in the shower was beginning to turn white. About a month after that I noticed that some of the grout was turning chalky and flaking off. I called and left a voice mail message and followed up with emails. Nobody acknowledged my request for help nor returned the phone call nor responded to my emails. I had not even taken a shower in the bathroom in question. Fortunately, I have a second bathroom but that does not resolve the problem in the master bath. I do not have a good feeling about this contractor's commitment to customer service.
