Drake was very professional and responsive. Already after just days after the first service we are seeing the mosquitos reduced in the backyard. We have established a monthly recurring service schedule for this treatment. We highly recommend Drake to others for this type of work.

I want to start off by saying I am not a customer, nor will I EVER be. Last tuesday November 10th at 4:24pm a Drake lawn truck drove into my yard with a box truck to make a U turn. This is to stupid to make up. Caught on video camera by 2 neighbors and my own. Left a 20 ft tire Mark's 6 inches deep in my yard. Mind you I live in Waters Edge Port Orange with an HOA. I found this out and called tuesday after hours and left a message. A very very nice lady Tasha called me back at 8:30 Wednesday morning apologizing. I myself am the Manager of an AC company and know all the tricks of brush offs and thinking people will go away if you ignore them. I'm definitely not one of them. She told me Dave a manager would call me right away about the issue......he did not. 8 hours later he did. The manager "Dave" said he would handle it by getting with his manager and call me tomorrow. So no call of course Thursday. I had to call him Friday to see what was going on. He told me they were trying to find someone to sod the yard for me. Now I'm not a lawn guy but why would a company that makes a living on yards have to search out a lawn guy??? Come on guys send some one to pick up a few yards of sod and come fix my yard!!! Agian let me remind you I am not a customer, just a homeowner that got his yard driven into. Let me get back here..... Monday no call..... tuesday I finally messaged this "Dave" manager and told him that if his people didnt come fix by Friday the 17th that my HOA was going to have there maintenance crew do the job which I'm sure is inflated by 200% and send the bill to Drake. He replied back to me and said.... "Ok ty" what manager in there right mind would allow his company to pay that much more for a job as an embarrassment to the company. If the owner of my company found out that I said ok to billing us for something way over the price on what we could take care of by job wouldnt be there anymore. Nor to I think any real manager knows what's really going on. I called the Drake office again and they said they would talk to the main district rep and call me. Know one has called. Now...... if you are reading all this I am at know way telling you not to use Drake, I'm just letting you know of my experience with them that I NEVER asked for I'm just trying to have my yard fixed. One positive thing is where I am in Edgewater Port Orange we do have a great HOA board which my Wife just happens to be on thankfully enough and loves to write letters to people like the BBB and Google and what ever else it takes to make it right. Anyways guys this I know wont change a thing but I can tell you once I have a few board members behind me I'm sure they will write a few letters on my behalf as well. Happy Thanksgiving everyone

horrible so far!! hired them for weed control yet i have more weeds then ever before! asked them to correct the issue and now my lawn is trashed!!

3 yrs moles still there, weeds have doubled and called for my bi-monthly service and emailed several time, their office has lazy workers who don’t care about customers. Was told my account was cancelled and for two weeks tried to ask them who cancelled it? No reply, no respect to let a paying customer know. This is what I received today August 18,2020 after my first email to them in July 29, 2020 asking them for an appointment for service for August my bi- monthly schedule. “ Due to the inability to be able to keep the services at your property on a consistent schedule we have had to cancel that account to future services. Thank you for your understanding. Christina Avery​ District Office Manager [*** Link removed ***] After 3 years all of a sudden they have the inability to keep service on a consistent schedule? But on my contract that is and has been my consistent schedule Bi- monthly The staff at the office are rude and they lie to the boss to protect themselves as they are in trouble because they didn’t do what they are paid for. If I ask for Brandon they say oh he’s not available but we met Brandon and he assured us if there was anything we can always count on him. He is a decent guy and should know he doesn’t have hard working people in his office. The only other person nice, professional and courteous was Craig the guy who actually sprayed our lawn. Don’t waste your money!

called to get estimate on bed bug extermination. setup appointment. gentleman WOULD NOT EVEN COME INSIDE TO ACCESS SITUATION. just gave me a price from outside the door.. *** .. had 3 other companies do assessment and ALL came into house to access.

Drake is EXPENSIVE but effective. They address the root of the problem instead of just putting a band-aid on it. Great customer service. Knowledgeable technicians. If you really want to get rid of your problem-call them!

Expensive but thorough. Billing issues . . . office difficult to work with.

Overall it has been great to work with them. The wildlife removal visit did not find what we thought we'd seen, but the inspection was thorough and we're confident that either it left before the visit or that it was something other than an animal that we saw. The initial pest prevention service was just completed and also went well. We were given a thorough consultation beforehand, with description of services/rates/etc. The technician was a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time and the service took a little more than an hour. He explained each step that was taken and walked us through the process well.

Will be several weeks before we can judge.

I requested a quote for fertilizer/weed treatment for my lawn. The representative who came out was prompt and professional, explaining exactly what I needed -- and also what I could do myself, instead of paying them for it. The quoted price was reasonable and, once I signed up, service started two days later. It's early yet, so I can't comment on the quality of the results but I expect them to be as good as the customer service.

Drake has been doing my lawn for about 8 months now and I love the results that I'm seeing, I'm so glad I cancelled my last company because Drake's technicians really know what they're doing! My lawn has never been as green as it is now.

I've been with Drake for about 8 months and i have to say it's the BEST decision I've ever made! My tech is always on time and he always calls when he's on his way. My lawn is FLOURISHING, I now have the best looking lawn in my neighborhood, all of my neighbors always compliment my lawn and I have to give credit to Drake because of it ...They are definitely the best compared to other companies in town, techs are professional and they make your lawn their top priority!

We selected Drake--despite the fact their offered quote was slightly higher than others--because they described what sounded like a more thorough approach to dealing with our attic infestation issues. We were severely disappointed by the sloppy and unprofessional approach they brought once selected. After saying we would need to schedule several full days of labor to complete the job of sealing our roof against squirrels, a young, inexperienced installer showed up alone and claimed to have finished the job himself within fewer than 4 hours. This includes about an hour of additional work he did after I pointed out some significant parts of the scope of work that he had intended to leave incomplete. When we questioned why we were being charged thousands of dollars for this small amount of work, we were repeatedly promised a response and put off for weeks. After multiple calls over several weeks to discuss the concerns (during which we discovered--twice--that the job was not completed correctly the first time) we were told they would not deduct any amount off the price despite the scope being dramatically over-sold, as they claimed the charges were "market". I do not know of a single other business where young contractors are billed at the equivalent of over $500/hr for light labor. We are now on our third go-round of pointing out major mistakes in the initial work (each time spotted by us from the ground, with no special tools or effort) through which animals continue to access the attic. Each time we struggle to get Drake to respond and remediate, notwithstanding their year-long "guarantee". Each time, they send out a young kid to do all the actual repair work, then a separate inspector to "check" it, and sometimes thererafter a manager--neither of whom will get their hands dirty, requiring the kid to come back and "touch up" his own work. Highly inefficient for the homeowner, who must accommodate all these visits. To make matters worse, one of the major omissions we discovered was something we discussed in our initial evaluation and which we repeatedly asked them to confirm they had done/checked, only to confirm later it was left untouched. Bottom-line: this is not a customer-service-oriented business and their competence in this area is seriously in question.

Love Drake, They do a great job -- taking down all bug stuff that they can possibly reach, and spraying. They are a bit more expensive than I'd prefer, but do a great job. Personable techs.
