Johnny was great. He quickly returns calls. He provided a quick estimate with no hidden adders. He is on time, provides a great service for the price. I have him regularly scheduled to return.

We have been working with Curz Lawn Care & More for nearly 6 months. We are very pleased. Johnny is very professional and has consistently delivered excellent services. He's very personable, takes the time to listen, never rushes into getting the work done, always keeps us posted regarding service changes due to whether or anything unexpected. Johnny is very professional. He sends pictures periodically to show me how the work turned out. This is especially great when you have a rental home because I never get to go around there. The first time he cut it, he sent me before and after pictures. If he is unable to go because of rain on his scheduled day, he always texts me to let me know. Johnny lets me have one less worry when dealing with my rental home and I really appreciate that.

Johnny did exactly as he promised. When we had him come and do the free estimate, he explained what he would do and his standards of excellence. He came promptly on the day he indicated, mowed, trimmed, edged and cleaned up the bushes and flower beds. Afterwards, the yard looked excellent.

He has done a great job for us.  Great attention to detail.  He treats our yard as his own, and takes his time to do a thorough job.  Not much else to say.  I would highly recommend him.  Nice, honest guy!

If I could give John a better grade than an "A" I would.  He does an incredible job and makes my front and back yards look their very best.  What makes his service the "icing on the cake" is that he is reliable, detail oriented and very kind.  He really cares about the work he does and that quality is rare.  He shows up on the same day and time every week.  Some other companies I've used in the past just show up when they feel like it ... and if they feel like it.  
His prices are fair.  He's very knowledgeable and does his research on "what plants can grow in what sunlight, etc."  If I need extra work such as planting flowers and bushes, he gives me an estimate and that is extra.  
It's a pleasure to do business with such an honorable and hard-working person.  If you're looking for a great lawn care provider in Central Florida, you will be fortunate to get on his client list.

Very prompt about returning my call and very responsive via text. He recommended texting him in the future for a faster response. I am going to do the work myself as my yard is small enough that it doesn't make sense to pay someone to mow it, but if I were to use a service in the future, I would definitely give this guy a call first.

I had used a commercial lawn maintenance company for years and the quality of their work was declining to the point that it was affecting my yard.  I was tired of it so researched Angie's List and contacted Johnny because of his high ratings.  He did not disappoint; in a little over 2 months, my yard is in great shape and I attribute that to Johnny's attention to details and quality of work.  He is very attentive and the communication is great.  I would highly recommend Cruz Lawn Care!

I have used Johnny's lawn services for at least a couple of years now -- he is, by far, the best lawn guy I have ever employed.
I have rental properties in Orlando (we don't live in Orlando) and so it is imperative for me to find dependable service that does not require micromanagement.  Johnny is a true professional and I never have to worry about the state of my properties -- better yet, my tenants never complain!
Johnny communicates effectively -- he always texts me if he can't make it out to the properties due to weather.  He also lets me know if my yard needs additional care.  i.e.  old oak tree needed attention (not a service he provides, but he went above & beyond to put me in touch with tree service).  In addition, he will send me photos of my properties on occasion so I know how my properties are being maintained.  
He takes pride in his company and it shows in the quality of service he provides.  He does the work himself -- he knows my properties, he knows how I like the hedges, yard, etc, maintained, and he's always consistent.  
Hands down, I highly recommend Cruz Lawn Care & More !!!  

We have used many lawn care services and for whatever reasons were looking for a change.  Johnny Cruz was engaged the end of May, based on Angie's List.  We recommended him also to a neighbor.  I am pleased with his service, which he does himself.  He is a one man crew, so you know he will be consistent.   He sends a text message if he is delayed by rain.  His rate is commensurate with our yard size and location, and is based on weekly mowing during season, and twice a month in winter.

Johnny does not return phone calls. Don't waste your time with this guy!  I called twice and left professional voice-mails and he didn't lift a finger to call me back.

Johnny is a very nice guy who does a really nice job.  
The first time the yard was in bad shape, he only charged $80 to clean it up.  The $25 is maintenance.
My husband can't do the yard anymore because of his health issues, and I don't know how to do anything but run the lawnmower, so Johnny makes it look much nicer than I can, but at a price we can still afford.
The yards in my neighborhood are really small, but a guy that does one of the other houses here quoted me $100/month or $50 each time!  No way we can afford that right now, so I was glad to find Cruz Lawn Care here.

As always, Johnny was thorough with the task at hand. Utilizing his own equipment, he successfully trimmed overhanging branches which had become an impediment to the enjoyment of one's yard and were posing a driving hazard when exiting the property.
This a continuing update on the professional services being rendered by Cruz Lawn Care & More. Their prices are quite reasonable, quality of work is outstanding, and forever consistent. Cruz Lawn Care & More without hesitation of thought is a company worth calling and hiring for one's lawn maintenance needs.

Johnny has been providing his services to me for almost two years. I think i was one of his first customers.
He has always done a great job and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. On several occasions I have had him provide additional services outside of the standard weekly/bi-weekly lawn care and he has alway exceeded my expectation. The cost has never been an issue and as one other reviewer stated, you kinda feel like paying more cause the service warrants it.

Johnny is very reliable and dependable.  Will always call and/or text back quickly if you need to speak with him.  Very reasonable with prices, and above all, very friendly.  Maintains a rental property for us, as well as other lawn jobs here and there.  HIGHLY recommend.  I completely understand why he received the "Angie's List Award."  :)

Just beautiful.  Better than any other lawn service I have had in the past 15 yrs (and I had 1 person for about 10 yrs until he retired).
Johnny is extremely courteous/a good Christian man/knowledgeable/honest--tells exactly what he will do and when/prompt and is extremely personable.  There are not enough accolades to describe Johnny and his service.

Mr. Cruz as stated in an earlier review was courteous and professional in his demeanor/ work ethics. Unfortunately, for myself, Mr. Cruz recently acquired a contract with a local church and will not be able to further maintain my yard. Please read the initial review if it was not get deleted because of this update. The upgrade is from an overall B to an A.

Mr. Cruz came out and looked at the area I wanted taken care of.  He gave me a quote for monthly service and I told him that I would get back to him later since I had other quotes.  After a week, I called and asked if he would like to service my property and he accepted.  He also informed me that he would be out the next day.  On that day, he called me to say that he will not be accepting my property as agreed.  I was a little dismayed but he told me that he had accepted a very large contract at a church and that he would not have the time to devote to my property, I can understand that.  
Since I did not have any work done, I can only give a grade on the transactions that occurred.  The less than A rating is only because he accepted then reconsidered the agreement.  I can understand that.  I think he would have done a nice job if he did keep the job.

The experience of having Johnny working for me was outstanding! From the beginning he was very courteous, he kept me informed of when he was coming and let me know if he was running a little late. This is truly important to me since I don't like guessing when I am expecting a service. Again, nothing but great things to say about Johnny, his professionalism, and his care for his customers (Something is hard to find these days). If you want nothing but the best for your yard, Johnny Cruz is your answer!
