Excellent experience despite high cost. Company scheduled a visit for the next day after our call. The repair person (Mark) called early on the day of the visit to confirm that we would be home. He arrived on time and knew exactly what the problems were. Mark was courteous, friendly, and professional. Replaced igniter in oven and confirmed that the unit was operating properly -- maintaining the proper temperature as measured with an infrared thermometer. Determined that stains on clothing in washing machine were caused by water leaking into the motor's transmission and then pumping back into the washer tub. He suggested that the cost to repair this would be more than the cost of buying a new machine. We took his advice and told him not to repair the 8-year old machine.

It went very well. They arrived on time and had the refrigerator hooked up and ready in just a few minutes. They also noticed that the water hose had been damaged during moving. They had to order the part and came back a few days later to install it. They did not charge a service fee for the second visit.

Our Whirlpool Duet Gas Dryer was overheating, stopping, and giving a code E1. I called Conway and spoke with Heidi, who was very helpful by trying to help me solve the problem on my own. When what she suggested I try didn't solve the problem, she scheduled an appointment and gave me a quote for the suspect part and labor. The technicians arrived on-time, checked the output temperature (which was much too high) and replaced the termistor. They rechecked the temperature and listened for the proper operation of the gas valve. Both technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

This was an excellent experience. Conway was able to come to my home the afternoon I called. I was charged a $65.00 service fee (only one) to look at both the washer and dryer. Mark, the service person, told me that dryer was fine; it just needed a new lint basket which he told me how to order on line. As for the washer, there was not a second service fee to come back to the house after the necessary parts were ordered. Conway called to schedule the next appointment when the parts arrived, arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and charged the quoted price. What a great business!!

Conway Appliance is the best. I don't remember how I found them, but I have used them for my recently discarded 15-year old washer and dryer periodically. They are fair, quick, professional, competent and honest. In a new house with new appliances, I used others recommended by various manufacturers and recently decided I wasn't going to do that anymore. I will never use anyone but Conway anymore, unless they can't do the work. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Very satisfied. Mark, the technician, was immediately able to identify the problem and fixed it. He also showed us what to do in the future, since this is a very common problem. He was very polite and got done quickly. I would recommend Conway Appliance and Repair to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR TURNAROUND TIME IS EXCELLENT. I CALLED THEM, AND THEY CAME OUT IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. I THOUGHT THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN. THEY DID EVERYTHING I WANTED THEM TO DO, AND THEY GOT IT BACK TO ME QUICKLY. THEY GOT IT RUNNING AGAIN.

Repairman met his promised date and time, was very courteous (even commenting on the fact my oven was clean). The work did not take any time to finish. They were in and out and we were cooking by nightfall.
