"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I am sorry for your confusion and frustration. You had a plumber come out and they told you that you did not have a blockage and to call a septic company. We came out and our technician pump your septic tank as instructed. Once he pumped your tank he can then diagnose your septic system and he then told you that your drainfield appear to be failing. The only way you can check to see if a drain field is not functioning properly is to pump out the tank first. It cannot be done any other way!!! I am sorry you did not like the news that you septic system is failing and now you want to write a bad review as if we did something wrong. YOU hired us to pump out your septic tank which cost $375. We did that and then checked your system for FREE and diagnosed that your drain field is failing. You are right, it did not fix your problem of slow drainage because that will require a new septic system. But that does not mean you should NOT pay for the service provided. YOU PAID for a service that YOU ABSOLUTELY NEEDED and not you have the answer to what exactly is causing your problem. You can't evaluate a septic system when it is full, that is why it has to be pumped out. Again, we are sorry you did not understand this process. MARC"
"[Member Name Removed], Usually, I try to be polite in responding to reviews BUT never call our company, Brownie's Septic and Plumbing a fraud. You do not know what you are talking about, and it is illiterate. We have been servicing the wonderful people if Orlando since 1948. Over the last 74 years we have helped over 50,000 customers. We pumped your tank 6 months ago. It [Member Information Removed] fill back up in a few days depending on the usage by your tenant. How does one another company know we didn't pump the dosing tank 6 months later. The answer is THEY DON'T, it is impossible to know. Do you know what your tenants flush down their toilets, do they use wet wipes, do you know what they put down their sink, do they dump cooking oil down the drain, do you even know what they put down their drains or flush down their toilet over the last 6 months. NO, you don't have any idea. But now you have a new issue with your tenant's septic system, and you want to blame the company that serviced it 6 months ago and call them a fraud. You don't even live in the residence in question, so you have NO knowledge of what going down their drains or down their toilets, but you immediately assume we did something wrong. What a shame. Your dosing tank should not ever be packed with solids whether it was pumped out 6 months ago or not. So, maybe you should take your frustrations out on your tenants, since that is the only [Member Information Removed] you tank could be in that condition. MARC"
