I couldn't have asked for more prompt service. A technician named Tyler called to tell me he was in my neighborhood and asked if he could come earlier than my appointment time. He ran into the same problem I had with the new lockset but he made a few adjustments and had it working the way it should. He was very professional and personable and what little mess he made was all cleaned up by the time he finished the job. I have Armstrong Locksmith saved on my cell phone in case I never need a locksmith again. I'm one very happy customer!

Ron was so helpful!  I wasn't sure if Armstrong could handle cedar chests as this is an antique.  So I called and asked to speak to one of their support specialists to see if they worked on Cedar Chests.  I spoke to Ron and told him my situation with my locked cedar chest and that it was stuck and I wondered if they would send someone out to help resolve this.  The first thing he asked was if I tried pushing in the key while turning and pushing in the key.  So I went back to the cedar chest and pushed and turned the key and all of a sudden it opened!!!  I can't tell you how helpful Ron was and I am so excited to be able to get back into my cedar chest! 



I can't think Ron with Armstrong enough for his help and service, I will definitely call for service again and ask for Ron!!! :)

The service Tech Robert showed up promptly as scheduled. I explained that I just purchased this home and I have only one key to the front door and would like to have some added security by adding deadbolts to existing doors that do not have any, and replace door knobs that I didn't have keys to. Although one door was probably trying on his patience, he completed the job without a complaint and provided me with new keys. I would be extremely happy to use Armstrong Locksmith should the need arise again. I would certainly recommend that others use their services, who have the need.

I called their answering service and they indicated they would be there between at 9-9:30 in the morning.  When I called to give them the tenant's information they indicated they wouldn't be there until 8-9 pm. Also, the person I spoke with was rude.

Ian was the technician who came to the house and he was fabulous.  When I ordered their service I was prepared to purchase two new deadbolts and re-key three door locks.  When Ian arrived and reviewed my situation he immediately asked about my front door lock.  When I told him it was a separate key, he offered to re-key all seven locks the same as the front door so I would only have one key for the entire house.  As it turned out I did not need two new deadbolts.  His suggestion saved me a lot of money!  In addition, they called me before arriving and actually showed up early.  Everyone I dealt with at Armstrong was helpful and courteous and I will recommend them to anyone who requires locksmith services.

After several date changes (closing changed) Brent was wonderful! He worked will all of our date changes. Never grew tired of my many calls or questions.  The service rep that came out was extremely professional, gave lots of tips for security, changed the cyclinders so that there is one key and remembered to inclide the doorknob locks (which we forgot about).

I called Armstrong on 6/19 and was pleased to be able to get a service appointment on 6/20.  Technician Tyler arrived on time, was friendly, explained what he was doing, and answered my questions.  The problem with the front door lock (lock would not turn any more) was due to a "master pin."  That pin was removed, then both the front door and garage door locks were rekeyed.  2 freshly cut keys were provided.  Locks were also lubricated.  Took 40 minutes total.  Locks and keys are working fine.  I would use Armstrong Lock again in the future.

The deadbolt in my house stopped working.  The Key would go in, but the lock would not turn; and that is when my wife made me call Armstrong.  It was great!  When I called, the guy asked me to describe the issue. When I did, he said that if I sprayed

WD-40 in the lock that might help.  Well it didn't,  but it got me to open the lock itself and fix the issue.  All it needed was debris cleaned out of it.  That guy save me time and money.  With that experience I will deffinately call them again!

Different installers appeared each time but they both didn't miss a beat. Fittings were adjusted so doors and deadbolts operated cleanly and doors operated securely.

Was frustrated with the lack of detail and selections provided by Lowe's and Home Depot so decided to research more highly secure door locking systems for our new door. Armstrong had been recommended by others and now I know why. From the time I visited their facility on Mills I was greeted with a welcome response. I had explained my unhappiness with the lock we purchased at Lowes and needed help finding something both elegant, secure and durable. They did a great job of helping me find a style to my liking and within budget. I never felt hurried or pressured to purchase anything. Our new door lock unit came in on time and was far superior in quality to ones we had purchased in the past from big box providers. While I was there they had a steady flow of customers coming in and out for a variety of services. And I watched as they handled each with the same level of attentiveness. The price was only about $40 than what we had originally paid for our first custom order with Lowes. An, as noted above, the quality far surpassed our expectations. We installed the lock ourselves, so we did not utilize them for any onsite services. But feel confident that they would offer the same level of professionalism should that need arise.

Locksmith was punctual, friendly and efficient.

They were fabulous. The guy went above and beyond, I was working on a project at the house, and he came to my aid in completing the project while he was there. That was great customer service. I called a couple places and they may have been a little less. The door works pretty fine. The last guy who had done the locks the last time, he had done it the opposite way, and when I mentioned it to him, he said they should face the same way. He knew what he was doing, and he did a great job. He came over the weekend, and he was quick.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! Ian Martin is an outstanding ambassador for Armstrong Lock & Safe! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, considerate of the customer, always calls ahead to confirm that he is on his way, cleans up after his work, and takes the time to explain things clearly. Beau Armstrong made my shopping experience wonderful. Ladies, you know that when some businesses see us walk in the door, they think "Ka-Ching", and recommend things that might be unnecessary. That is so NOT the case at Armstrong. They don't make you buy what you don't need and are very considerate of one's budget and needs. They only sell quality. Greg did an excellent job changing the locks in our new house. He was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgable and did an excellent job. The new keys fit perfectly.

Locksmith was on time and very professional. Very quick to replace all the locks in newly purchased home and price was quite reasonable.

Armstrong came out and fixed all three locks and I did not need to purchase new ones. He found one lock missing a spring that was missing in one of the locks and replaced it. The others were cleaned and adjusted.
