The electrician came out and gave me an honest opinion of what was causing the problem. In fact, after his analysis, he actually saved me money...I thought I had a much bigger problem but he showed me how I was letting water into my outdoor outlets and it cost much less to fix that problem.

We started with a partial loss of power in our home, when we called the local utilities company, they said that it was not their problem, but our home circuits. All Phases Electrical Contractors came to check our home and found that the problem was loss of power from the utilities input line. He spoke to the local utilities representative for us and within a short time their repair persons arrived to install a temporary meter for us. We had some more problems and All Phases returned to check the input power for us. The next day the utilities company returned and during the day they repaired the input junction box for 3 adjacent homes. Following that repair, we had All Phases do further checks for us. These checks led to the replacement of a brand of breaker box that has proven to be fire hazards in many cases. All of the work was completed quickly and professionally.

Clay and Josh did excellent work. The work requested was completed in a timely fashion. Work was done neatly and there was a complete cleanup when the work was finished. Pleased with the quality and the cost of the work.

The entire process went well. Clay came and examined the location and provided an estimate. We called later and set up an appointment for work. The technician arrived right on time, accomplised the work quickly and professionally. The actual work came out a few dollars less than the original estimate.

The company arrived when they said that they would and performed the job to my satisfaction. I felt a bit like they took advantage of me in price. When I called in the service call, I told them what the problem was. It is an older home and I believed that the breaker had gone bad with age. I could not be there but my girlfriend volunteered to meet the electrician. They arrived on time, but there were two of them. They replaced the breaker and then wanted to charge me $75.00 for the breaker plus labor for two men. The total came to $180.00. My girlfriend called me, I said it seemed high, but to go ahead and give them the check. They did not have a receipt book, but did come back and change the price, charging $85.00 for labor and $75.00 for the part. Probably a more realistic price.

"WE RESPONDED TO HIS EMERGENCY CALL, SHOWED UP WHEN WE SAID AND DID THE WORK. WE DO NOT CONTROL THE PRICES THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR MATERIALS AND TO GIVE US A GRADE LIKE THAT FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT IN OUR CONTROL IS VERY UNFAIR. HIS BREAKER WAS AN FPE AND AS THEY ARE NO LONGER PRODUCED, THE SUPPLY COMPANIES GET TOP $$ FOR THEM. I WOULD HOPE THAT PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT WE DID NOT RIP HIM OFF, WE ONLY CHARGED WHAT IT COST US WITH TAX. I'M SORRY HE FELT THAT WAY BUT IF HE TOOK THE TIME TO CALL AN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY COMPANY AND ASKED HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE FOR THAT BREAKER, HE WOULD KNOW WE DIDN'T "RIP HIM OFF" DOTTIE GARALDE"

Worker (Francisco) was prompt & efficient. He located the short problem for us, told us what to buy to replace it, & switched out a new light for us. All of this was done very quickly & neatly. We will call on them again when we are ready to replace the shorted fixture, plus we will use him to install new under-counter lighting for us.

ALL PHASE INSTALLED THE WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR AND PANEL BOX IN MY GARAGE AND SET UP ALL THE CIRCUITS I REQUESTED. THEY MADE SURE THE UNIT WORKED AND GAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT.
